Hi Anne and everyone,

It was such a wonderful day. I’m still revelling in it...you play so beautifully together, and I’m thrilled with Steve’s arrangements and how it’s sounding. I’ve had a lot of great feedback from the church, and apparently tickets are selling well.

I’ll send over some pics and video clips to you tomorrow - and of your Beethoven finale!

Hi Anne. I did hear the string quartet and thought they were fantastic and such very nice people too!

It was a great pleasure to work with you. Everyone was unanimous and strong.

There was a great deal of praise for the string quartet, yourself especially and I feel very lucky to have had your expertise and experience to support the choir.
It would be good to do a repeat performance but I do not know when that could be. I have a summer concert in May to work on now and the Christmas
concerts 2018 and 2019 . If I leave it too long then of course the singers will forget the music and I will have to put in a lot of work to bring it back.

Sounds Interesting gave Gateway audience something of a shock and something to think about as well as enjoy.
We did not all realise the breadth and scope of Elgar’s music until hearing the splendid piano quintet, played with such verve and delicacy by Sounds Interesting led by Anne Tupling.
In addition to giving such a pleasure the concert raised £212 for Comic Relief – good result all round

I think it was one of the most enjoyable concerts I can remember. Your orchestra is always good, which is why we've encouraged Patrick to book you and let you choose the players. We are certain to ask for your help in the future. At least 2 of our 4 MD candidates know you!
I think the choir did especially well, partly raising its game for Patrick but also because the music was fairly straight forward, we felt confident and performed rather than just sang! Sarah Ann was a delight and our experiment using Conservatoire soloists is proving successful.

Thank you Anne I would just like to say a big thank you the quartet was amazing and made the ceremony. Just sorry we didn't have tome to thank them properly but they were amazing thank you so much.

We booked Sounds Interesting around 6 weeks before our wedding as a last minute idea. We had only viewed the video clip on the website and so were a little apprehensive about how it would pan out on the day. However, we need not have worried. The quartet were fantastic. The songs we had chosen were even better than we had imagined. As I (the bride) was a little late to the venue, the quartet ended up playing a couple more songs than planned. They were excellent and really added that extra something to our ceremony, making it personal and unique to us. Worth every penny!
