The JJ's (Or Solo/Duo) Originals band who play popular cover songs

The band will require a space to perform of minimum 4x3 metres. Smaller spaces can be accepted for a solo or duo act.
Access to a minimum of two power sockets will be required for a full band. Duo and solo acts can perform shorter gigs without power.

For smaller venues we can perform without the use of a PA system. But for larger venues and for a more full immersive sound and experience, a PA system (and ideally a sound engineer) will be required. A PA system and sound engineer can be arranged at an additional cost.
Regarding lighting, basic mood up-lighting is free of charge, but a more advanced setup will require an additional charge.

We'll need to know the location, basic set up details such as the size of the performance space. We will also require the contact details of the organiser/point of contact.

Yes. We have a basic PA system which can be used to play your own custom playlist or a chosen Spotify playlist between sets.

We aspire to play in some big venues. We've mostly played in local bars and pubs. In the summer we played at a popular local bar during a town festival and the atmosphere was electric. We really got the crowd singing and dancing which was great to see.

As a band we all like different stuff. Which I think is one reason our original songs are so unique, as everyone brings their own thing to the songs. Our inspiration comes from classic to modern rock and indie-rock. Think Stereophonics, The Smiths, Radiohead, Muse, to classic stuff like Dire Straits and The Eagles.

We are all musicians in our own right, with a range of experiences. All of us have been part of other bands in the past, or been doing our own thing solo. We started gigging a few years back after writing some original tracks. We play popular cover songs but becoming an originals band is where our hearts really are.

It's all about the people. We enjoy playing at popular live music venues the most, as you always get a great crowd who love live music and are just there to enjoy themselves. There's nothing better than seeing people enjoying your music.

As our set ramps up you'll go from feeling a sense of thoughtful emotion and foot tapping, to being up there dancing like you just don't care!

Yes of course. Provided it's not in the Rain or extreme temperatures.

Repertoire list mainly. But if we are given an advanced booking we can learn some songs that you like.
