The Shamrock Experience has been together for 15 years performing as a trio at events across the UK. The unique style of this band is the blend of folk music with funk and pop/rock influences. This combined with taught dances provides fantastic entertainment for any event. The dances are taught from a beginner level upwards. This enables everyone get involved and to have a go! The dances are based on traditional ceilidh dances.
The band is ideal for weddings, parties, work events, corporate events and is personally tailored to suit the occasion.
This instrumental band is made up of electric violin, drum kit and bass guitar. The dances are called by the violinist.

For smaller events, please consider violin solo to play a variety of styles to suit the event. This is ideal for background music at smaller functions or corporate events.
The violin uses a loop pedal to layer a multitude of parts.

The violinist Ben formed the band in 2007 as a vehicle to support his recovery from an illness. His virtuoso violin playing combined with his awesome musicians on bass skills and drums established a great sound. The ceilidh dances came and the band has been going since taking the music abroad and around the UK
