This is now the 3rd year Tom has played for my Father and Uncles memorial. He has always been very accommodating with times and choice of tunes. Even created CD's at my request(enquire with Tom).
Tom's experience, knowledge and professionalism is second to none and always comes first! Last minute requests, he takes in his stride. He has many fascinating stories to tell. Above all, he is a true gentleman. As always Tom, thank you and look forward to next year

Tom was so wonderful to us on the cruise in May 2024, he let me take a picture with him and we heard him play for two nights. His music 🎶 is fantastic and so moving. We shared lunch with him and learned of his history in playing the bagpipes. Thanks Tom 😊

Tom helped my family and i to remember my late father in Balmaha (8th March 2022). He made himself available for any questions/needs prior to the day. Even took a late request on the day. He arrived half an hour early and on time (as he said he would). Took time to firmiliarise himself with where he was going to play. The weather, unfortunately turned for the worse just before Tom was due to start playing. However, that did not deter him. He showed his professionalism and respect for the moment at hand and played. The songs were played with love and passion and were simply beautiful. He is a true gentleman. I am deeply grateful for what he did and I highly recommend Tom.
We have been separated from our kids in Australia by Covid but our daughter sent Tom to play for my birthday in the front garden. Complete surprise and absolutely fantastic. He started with Happy Birthday then went on to a huge medley, even playing my request The Dark Island. Very emotive. We have been replaying our videos constantly and also the cd he gave me. Thank you so much Tom - it made the day.
We booked Tom Johnstone with the full number 1 dress and he did not disappoint. Tom called me the week before to confirm all details of the big day, he was there when he said he would be and looked and sounded very professional. I would totallyrecommend him to anyone looking for a wedding piper
Tom was absolutely fantastic playing at our wedding on Saturday. From having a laugh with Martin at the church to piping us into our top table he was absolutely amazing. Fantastic, professional service all round. Much appreciated and would highly recommend.
