"I booked Danny for my wife’s surprise 50th birthday party on the strength of the video clips on his profile and I’m so glad I did! Danny was very professional and approachable both before and during the gig. His musicianship and voice are superb and he has a real warmth with audience. At least half the party guests were either singers, actors or musicians and they all had nothing but praise for Danny. Definitely first choice for any events in the future. "

"Having already seen Ruth play the harp in a number of concerts and performances in Newcastle, Lancaster and the Lake District, we couldn’t believe our luck when she offered to play at our wedding in the South of France. We cannot recommend Ruth highly enough, she is very professional and a delight to have around. All of our guests commented on her wonderful playing. Ruth’s music created a heavenly atmosphere in the 13th century chapel that we were married in, and also afterwards for the reception drinks in a nearby chateau. I still get butterflies when I think about how beautiful Ruth made Handel’s Passacallia sound while I was walking down the aisle. She also adapted some of our favourite songs to play while we were signing the register which made it really personal. We felt truly blessed to have such an accomplished harpist and such a beautiful person playing at our wedding and she made the day even more special. "

"I have booked Richard on several occasions over the past few years , he is one of the best I have worked with , he is professional , always on time and a absolute joy to work with . Amazing voice and very versatile with his song choices can read the room and change his set to suite the audience , Richard can definitely keep the audience entertained . "Just a quick note to thank you again for a fabulous performance on Saturday. The surprise element worked out really well and all our guests were still talking about you in the taxi on the way home. We sent a clip to my mum (huge opera fan) in South Africa and she was in tears listening to the aria! :-) Thanks again for looking beautiful, your songbird singing and 'can-do' approach at planning stage. "Our father died aged 91 recently and as classical music had been his absolute joy throughout his life, we knew that we had to make it part of his small and very intimate funeral. How lucky (and delighted) we were to find through lastminutemusicians that a professional, Miriam, lives locally and that she would like to be part of this celebration of his long life. Miriam could not have been more helpful or sensitive in helping us to choose and adapt four very special pieces and she played them beautifully, especially as unlike a wedding there was so little time for preparation. We shall never forget the sound of her playing her arrangement for cello of Ralph Vaughan Williams' Five Variants of 'Dives and Lazarus' as my father's coffin was lifted and borne out of the chapel, and continuing to hear it as we followed it to his final resting place. It was the one piece that he had ever mentioned as wishing to include at his funeral, and it meant a huge amount to have it played live by someone who cared very much about her role in the service. He would have loved to have heard it, and who knows, perhaps he did. Our heartfelt thanks, Miriam."

"Having seen Maria perform a stunning set at our annual Jingle Ball, I recently hired this acoustic duo for a Key 103 listener party and the feedback from all guests was excellent. The selection of songs was spot on and the dance floor was packed, I wish I'd have asked for an extra 1/2 hour!! "
