"Thanks, Alan, for your splendid performance at our sailing club's Christmas lunch. What a range of music! We had traditional carols and Christmas tunes, some classical pieces as well as some bluesy numbers - all delivered with flawless precision. I loved the impro inserts when you segued from one piece to the next. The attitude of performers is so important on occasions like ours, and you got it just right - friendly and accommodating, just as happy to be in the background as you were to be up front. "From the moment we set our wedding date, we knew Nigel Hammond had to be part of our day – he was actually the first thing we booked! Nigel is not only an incredibly talented pianist, but also one of the kindest and most thoughtful musicians we’ve ever met. He took the time to ask us about our favourite songs and even learned the song, Titanium especially for our wedding, which meant so much to us. He created the most beautiful atmosphere during our drinks reception and wedding breakfast, seamlessly blending our personal choices with guest requests on the spot. The music was just perfect – elegant, fun, and heartfelt – and truly elevated the whole day. Nigel was simply the best, and we are so grateful he shared his talent with us on such a special occasion! We would really recommend Nigel to everyone! All the communication beforehand was thoughtful and thorough. He was such a pleasure to have as part of our day in every way! Thank you so much Nigel!"
