"I was at the function you performed at on Saturday night and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about how good the band is. I looked into live music for a function a couple of years ago and didn’t see anything to come close to your band. It was a pleasure watching you, my wife and I agree it’s one of the best functions we`ve been to and we definitely haven’t seen a better more contemporary band in our lives."

"Rory is a talented professional. He contributed greatly to the ambience we were trying to achieve for our Brazilian-themed wedding shower. He plays several instruments very well and has a broad repertoire to choose from. We were glad to have asked him to play at our function."

"We had the band recommended to us for our wedding day and we certainly weren't disappointed. The dancefloor was full immediately and their range of songs (both current and classics) we're popular across all the ages of our guests (including my 87 year old Gran who I found on the dancefloor at midnight going strong to Mr Brightside!). They really got the evening going when they kicked off the first set and they we're that good that I (the bride) spent the whole of the first set on the dancefloor instead of working the room! "

"10/10, couldn't recommend more. We booked the guys to do the full day at our wedding, from the ceremony right through to midnight and they were fantastic for every minute. They had an amazing mix of sing a long classics, old school anthems, and guest requests, and the personal requests we made were learned and performed perfectly. If you want a band who will take all the stress away on the big day, and have your guests talking about them for days afterwards then you can't do any better than these guys! "You guys were absolutely AMAZING!!! We could not have asked for a better evening; everyone had so much fun and did not want to stop dancing (in fact, the only complaint we had the next day was how much peoples' feet were hurting from all the dancing they had done)! We have heard nothing but praise about how good you were, and our guest have told us it was 'the best playlist I have ever heard', and we totally agree, so thank you!!! We will be highly recommending you to anyone and everyone we know, so hopefully we will see you again soon! Thank you again for making our evening reception perfect"

"Straight Up not only had the dance floor packed all night, but the whole area around the dance floor too! Jeremy has an unbelievable voice and performance style - it feels wrong to describe them as a wedding band because they are just an incredibly talented group of musicians who happen to be able to sing brilliant covers with their own stamp. They were also an absolute delight to deal with throughout and took the 1.5 hour delay in starting as a result of dinner overrunning in their stride. Thank you for making our wedding day so special, and for giving us so many wonderful memories. "

"We booked Straight Up for our wedding in April 2024, and they were absolutely amazing! We were slightly hesitant as we only had the promo video on the website to go off, but the band were even better in person. We loved that they had an extensive list of songs on their repertoire, and they happily played all 32 songs that we requested from that list! Communication prior to the wedding was clear, and the booking process was really easy. The band ensured that the dancefloor was full throughout the night, and we had such great feedback from all of our guests. They even learnt a 'last song' for us rather than a first dance, which was an amazing way to end the night. "

"My partner and I booked Stereobeats as our wedding band and they did not disappoint. They had the dance floor bouncing all night (despite it being a Wednesday). They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have had so many compliments from so many wedding guests about how good they were.
