"Bianca was more than incredible and her price was very reasonable !! They were very understanding towards the coronavirus pandemic and the fact that I had to change the event multiple times due to lockdown. I would highly recommend Bianca and last minute musicians to anyone."

"Excellent! From start (initial contact and enquiry), to finish (performance), Modern Strings were a pleasure to work with. Sophie was very helpful and accomodating, she also offered a very competitive package, advising what would work in an honest way. She was always prompt with communications, and helped where she could. The team were punctual on the day, and played amazingly, guests loved it! Thanks to the team!"

"We booked Joe for our wedding in May. One word, OUTSTANDING. If you need an artist for an event, book Joe. His performance was flawless. His voice is just incredible and everyone at the wedding commented on how talented he was. Its unique gravel sound with the most sensual soul is enticing. The atmosphere it creates, alongside his guitar meant even those that ‘didn’t want to dance’ were dancing and the dance floor was full all evening. He quite literally made our special day with vibes and happiness filling the evening. He played songs we all knew, with his own spin on them which made them even better than the originals just because of his voice and skill. I cannot speak more highly of his talent. Plus, he is the nicest guy. We are now wanting to have another party simply so we can book Joe and hear his amazing voice again. How he has not hit it big already is unbelievable. We would love to attend one of his gigs. "

"I first heard Louise playing the harp at a wedding open evening at The Old Vicarage Southwell, the atmosphere that was created by the harp was beautiful and I knew I would love for Louise to play at my wedding. Louise played for the ceremony and during the drinks reception and the atmosphere the harp created was more than what we had hoped for! We received a lot of comments from our guests saying how lovely the music was and it was great the Louise was able to play modern music too! Thank you so much! "

"Laura played at our wedding reception and she was PHENOMINAL!! Our guests were so impressed and was repeatedly told how fantastic she was and really got the party vibe consistent. "Rory was fantastic. He arrived around 7pm, well before he was due and he sat with me and went through the types of things he could play. He played his set in a very professional and fun way and there were so many compliments from our guests on his presence. If we ever need a saxophonist again he will be our first point of call."

"Bob is an excellent piper. His playing at the end of my husband's memorial service definitely enhanced the service and was commented on positively by many of the congregation who were able to enjoy it as he continued to play in the sunny churchyard as attendees chatted before walking to the reception. He was efficient in his arrangements, impressive in his attire and also thoroughly affable. We are most grateful to him."

"Dave was an great asset to our garden party for 42 people. His repertoire is extensive and he entertained us brilliantly - all our guests loved his music. Dave is a very good communicator who keeps in touch and is very pleasant and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending him if you’re looking for a nice guy who does a great job."
