"I have seen Danny play numerous times, solo or with his band, and he has always had a terrific response from his audience. He has played twice at shows I have promoted and is professional, charming and engages with his audience wonderfully. His original material is immediately accessible and he puts his own unique stamp on covers without alienating fans of the original, whether it be Springsteen, Petty, Dylan (or even Geldof!). I know nothing about playing guitar but two members of the audience who have played for years sought me out to compliment the remarkably able playing of this young man. "Booking an entertainer for the first time is a nerve-jingler of a task, but from the moment Mike Kneafsey first strummed his guitar and sang we knew we were onto a winner. Our sell-out audience lapped up every minute of his powerful and varied performance - it was a genuine master class. Wow! Can this guy play the guitar! At times it was like there was three musicians on the stage. Mike is also a very personable and likeable guy; humble but keen to please and he hit the right note with is song choices and stories. He is welcome back anytime. "

"We booked Unwritten Duo for the first time back in September at our pub in Nottingham. They turned up on time, set up without fuss and performed 3 incredible 45 minutes sets. They played music from the 50s to modern day and put their own style to it. I got some fantastic feedback from my punters and have had them back twice since the first booking. We have them booked in once a month for the next year. Absolutely love their sound and especially love Joanne's vocal ability, such rich tones and power. I highly recommend them for any event!"

"From the very first strum the room was silent and the audience captivated. Ollie is a warm, professional and immensely talented guitar player. We hired him for our sons 1st birthday party and loved every minute. The audience was a mix of babies, toddlers and parents. All were thrilled with the choice of entertainment. Ollie played an acoustic set as we were in a small room and played some favourites and even took requests. We will definitely be booking again in future. I would highly recommend Ollie, you will not be disappointed. "

"Modern Strings played at the marriage ceremony of our wedding. They had excellent and lovely suggestions for the music to be played, and were more than happy to play music of our choice. Total professionals who didn't give us a moment of worry, these team know their stuff. Ask them for suggestions on how your music choices can fit with timing on the day! Would definitely use again. "We hired Taylor sax for our garden party - we had c.50 guests attending our Festival-themed celebration and wanted to make it extra special with live music. From the moment we booked Taylor up to the day of the event, the evening itself and the post-event comms she was amazing. She collaborated with us to curate the ideal set list, built the energy over three sets, interacted with everyone and was generally a legend. Her sax playing is phenomenal and she bought energy and fun to the evening. So much so that we’ve had 4 separate queries from various neighbours / people with gardens close to ours asking who she was. They all seemed to enjoy the ‘free gig’ and wanted to book her for their own events in the future. We’ve already decided we will be getting Taylor back for our next summer party - glasto might have fallow years but that won’t be the case for us when Taylor sax made our party as memorable as she did! "

"We booked George before for our Nans' Birthday and just had to have him back to our Burns Night. Nothing was too much trouble he even Addressed the Haggis for us after I gave up trying understood the words. He's lovely, we need another party to book him for."

"Amy sings for us once a month at our Live at the Brasserie event, and she is always a huge hit with our guests. Great understanding of suitable setlists - she is able to respond straightaway to whatever audience she's performing to, well organized and punctual, and above all (most importantly perhaps) she has an incredible voice! Really enjoyable performances, new songs and old - fantastic stuff!"
