"We would like to thank Sarah very much for playing the piano for our wedding Cermony and Drinks reception at Capesthorne Hall. It was absolutely fabulous, couldn't give Sarah enough praise, Her talent is outstanding and many people commented on how lovely it was. Would defiantly recommend Sarah for weddings, parties and any sort of functions for that matter absolute number one choice. "It was a total suprise when you appeared outside the lodge where I was staying and piped a celebration of my 80th birthday arranged by my family. I was totally gobsmacked and enjoyed your expertise on the pipes. Wonderful music played by an expert piper. Thank you. "

"Gareth we cannot thank you enough for your amazing playing at our wedding last month. You were so accommodating to all our requests and the advice helped us so much. It was so kind of you to drive for 1.5 hours to meet and chat over coffee and we laughed and had so much fun in that planning meeting. All our family and friends commented on your amazing playing which really made our day special. Thank you for sneaking in 'Beauty and the Beast' into the signing of the registers music...even though the vicar said "no" ! That was so sweet of you and made us smile when we heard 'our tune'!! Any wedding couples MUST book this wonderful, superb musician and incredibly personable witty man His playing is out of this world. Thanks and keep on touch x"

"Communication was great and he was very accommodating. In the end, Chris ended up not only piping for our wedding but also playing piano throughout our service. He is a very skilled musician and a lovely person, we had many compliments about the music played on our day! Highly recommend him for anyone looking for a piper or other music accompaniment for their big day"

"We asked Jamie to play the piano at a dinner for Perth Choral Society and to accompany Donald Maxwell, our guest speaker and singer. Jamie was a professional from start to finish and displayed his expert skills throughout the evening on the piano. We would have no hesitation in recommending him for other such events. "Jimmy was great. He had a flexible and no fuss approach and just got on with his set up as soon as he got here. He listened to our wishes around timings as well. His choice of songs and combination of singing and guitar fit in really well with a large outdoor family birthday party. We got great feedback from the people who attended and we would happily book him again. Thanks again Jimmy!"

"Mark and I were married on the 1st September2025 at Thirty Knots in South Queensferry. We contacted Dean to ask him to play for our quests prior to and following the ceremony. We requested a mix of old and new songs. Dean did not let us down. He was professional and accommodating on his emails and always got back to us. Dean done everything to meet our requests and even offered to learn songs to meet our specific tastes. It was beautiful to walk in on the day and hear him playing. The venue was small and he wasn’t over powering at all. The feedback from our guests was amazing. Everyone commented on how lovely Dean sounded and also managed to get a few requests themselves. Mark and I both met with Dean on the day and he was friendly and warm. I would recommend Dean and will pass his name on if anyone is ever considering a pianist at a special event. I also want to add that his pricing was very reasonable. Thank you Dean for making our wedding day memorable. We hope you enjoyed it too and managed to have a drink and some canapés. "

"It's as hard to record a piano successfully as it is to play it - so firstly well done in selecting such an attractive range of music - so many favourites, all beautifully executed. But also bravo to your sound engineer and the Old Grannary people..... it's a true skill placing microphones in just perfect positions and balancing them so well: so as to create that lovely tone of yours that I have been enjoying so. Not too closely recorded (dry) nor too distantly either (wet). Perfect, undistorted tone. You must be very pleased and thankful - as we are, hearing this terrific recording of your piano playing. All captured here most successfully. Congratulations! "
