Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"At our wedding last week in Hathersage, Derbyshire, we hired Maria to play her Jazz/Blues sets in the afternoon followed by her Rock/Pop sets in the evening, accompanied by the DJ service as well. They were both absolutely fantastic and made our day so special. All of our guests have said how brilliant Maria was on the day, setting just the right mood for the pre-dinner drinks and canapés and then later after the meal for the Disco. The music/entertainment makes or breaks the wedding for sure and I cannot thank you both enough for the thoroughly professional, yet friendly and accommodating service that you provided. We can’t wait to book you again in the future and would encourage anybody reading this to look no further in your search for the perfect performer for your event. All the best xxx "

"Jimmy and his band were amazing - really friendly people, very accommodating with working with us to play songs we liked, amazing sound, got everyone dancing, not at all wedding cheese and every guest commented that they were the best band they had heard at a wedding. Would highly recommend - thank you so much for being part of our day!"

"Communication was spot on from the very first contact & all the way through. Jen was very keen to meet our wishes and get a feel for the theme of the party. She came with DJ Sean, they arrived on time , really looked the part. Set up their equipment to best suit the venue. Thoroughly professional all the way through! And best of all sounded fantastic. "Jules and Anne-Marie are incredible musicians. I knew I wanted something special for our ceremony music and they were perfect. All of our guests loved the live music during the ceremony and during the drinks reception. Jam Duo are incredibly talented and have an amazing large variety of songs to chose from. Highly recommend!!"

You gave the stage over to enthusiastic dancers which was a wonderful end to a superb evening we were lucky to be in the second row to your left. I was taken back to my youth and loved the evening. "Marcus was great throughout. From booking to performing, he was completely professional, friendly and accommodating. Took the time to learn a song for a 'first dance' for Mum and Dad and included many of their favourites in his two sets. "

"I booked Callum for my recent birthday party in my garden. He arrived on time set up quickly and played a 2 hour set for us. He absolutely made my party his music was perfectly suited to the occasion, he got the mood absolutely right and he also welcomed requests from the guests. He is an absolute professional if you are looking to book a singer and guitarist who can make an occasion very special look no further"

"We hired Andrew to play during our wedding ceremony and he was absolutely fantastic! From day one he was professional, polite and helpful. I requested a specific song to be played as I walked down the aisle, it wasn’t very well known and was a little bit random! It was no trouble for Andrew, he learned the song without any sheet music, sent us a demo of him playing and even agreed to a meet up before the wedding. The ceremony was beautiful, and he certainly played a big part in making our day special and perfect. Andrew is not only a fantastic pianist, but a genuinely lovely guy too. Thank you so much! "
