"I just wanted to say what a fantastic concert we had with you on 7th October. We had great reviews from the attendees, and I can honestly say that I wasn’t joking when I said that I thought I had fallen a little bit in love with opera, in a way that I wasn’t when I got up that morning. Your choice of music was wonderful, and I loved your expressions and that little white handkerchief in Musica Proibita! I thought your enunciation was brilliant (and a few other people in the audience commented on this too) and speaking as someone who is half Italian, your Italian pronunciation was impeccable. In short, you have a beautiful voice. So thank-you for coming to Lowther and I truly hope I can see you in concert again sometime in the future."

"We had our beautiful wedding on Friday the 15th at Kilworth House, where we had Amy playing for us and our guests , she was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend, we had many people comment on how good she was and how nice it was to sit in the sunshine with a drink and canapés listening to her play, she is very warm kind and a wonderful violinist, thank you so much Mr and Mrs Roberts."

"Andrew plays in our smoking area downstairs regularly and never fails to set a great atmosphere. He takes requests and always gets our customers singing along. "

"Groom here - So about 4 months before my wedding, my (now) wife returns from a wedding fair in Exeter and tells me, rather cautiously that she may or may not have booked an acoustic guitarist for a few hours to play her down the aisle, and during our reception drinks. Before I can get any words out she immediately tells me that the guy was so so nice, and really good and he even gave us a discount for booking him there and then! So really she's saved us money, because anyone else would be just as much, if not more, and again he was super good. She failed to concede that an ipod and one of the lads pushing the button would've cost us literally nothing, therefore saving every penny that she had just spent. So obviously for the next 4 months I gave her a hard time about how the cost of the wedding was spiralling out of control, and how her acoustic guitarist was the straw that broke the camels back. The big day arrives, and as you can expect I'm running around doing Grooms stuff, all our set up and whatnot was completed the day before, so no stress. Then as I'm waiting at the end of the aisle I see a guy I've never met before, with an acoustic guitar and an amp - 'ah' I think to myself, this guy better be good...And he absolutely was. For the whole time he was there Joe created a really nice atmosphere, and a lot of our guests commented on how good this guy was. We'd told him a few weeks before the wedding what song we wanted playing while the bride was walking down the aisle, and what sort of songs we wanted during the canapes. He was more than accommodating - I know he had to learn the bridal party song - which he nailed, and one or two more for the kind of stuff we asked for but he did such a good job. I only got around to speaking to him as he was packing up to go, having stayed longer than we'd agreed, and to his credit he really is a nice guy. The only bad thing that I can say is he's the reason I had to admit my wife was right on something so soon into our marriage. So for any husband to be doubting his fiance's decision, maybe giving her a hard time on pointless expenses, just stop - this guy is worth every penny and more, and you'll only end up apologising to your new missus. Thanks again Joe, we were thrilled."

"Thanks for an excellent night's entertainment at our dinner dance. You certainly chose the right mix of songs for us, as you kept the dance floor full throughout your performance."

"Emily was on time very professional and very good at what she does I 100% recommend her I would use her again in the future. Emily exceeded my expectations and played for a full hour which takes a lot of skill. Thank you once again"

"Everything was fantastic from the day I booked, right to the day Banish Misfortunes played. The duo were everything I expected and so much more, contributing greatly to the already electric atmosphere. I couldn't have wished for a better turn out. Thank you, Last Minute Musicians, and thank you, Banish Misfortunes."

"Paul played at my 50th and my daughter's 18th joint birthday party. His communication before the event was great and he provided a comprehensive list of songs that he could play. He played all our requests from the list and he gave an excellent performance. So many of the guests commented on how good he was. Highly recommended"

"Hi Tom, A very belated but heartfelt thank you for playing at our wedding last July. Sorry we didn't get chance to chat on the day but you sounded brilliant and all of our guests enjoyed what you did. Thanks in particular for learning On Top Of The World, that made the ceremony even more special for us. Best of luck for the future Emma and Maria x "

"James came and performed for almost 2 hours at our wedding, and he went down a storm. He absolutely smashed it out the park with our requests from his extensive repertoire, and went a over and beyond to learn a new song for our first dance. James was one of the highlights of our day and we'd highly recommend him for any other event or gig!"

"Thank you so, so much for our lovely music entertainment. We absolutely loved having you at our wedding! Your performance was beautiful, the sax was just perfect for the ceremony & bridal entry, your keyboard was brilliant for our wedding breakfast, and your evening entertainment on saxophone was just stunning. You are so talented, thank you for making our special day even more enjoyable. Kind regards, Jurate and Nick"
