"Just dropping by to say thanks a million for playing at our wedding at the gorgeous Trevenna Barns in Cornwall on the 8th July. The acoustic hour with Clare + Ollie during our wedding reception was incredible ? ????‍?? and the entire evening band were also so, SO brilliant ?? Honestly I just wish you could’ve sang for us forever. You guys are everything. I hope our paths cross again sometime in the future."

"We hired GG and The Soul Swingers in celebration of Black History Month. They did not disappoint. The music was fantastic, very lively and Gloria is a very talented lady. She has a beautiful voice. I will no doubt be booking them for future events. "

"The Jive Collective were absolutely amazing ! Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the band since the wedding! They put on a show and they didn’t stop! The dance floor was occupied all night and they got everybody involved. The venue also complimented the band on how polite they were to work with! Not a bad word to say about these guys, thank you so much for making our wedding brilliant!"

"We would like to Thank Pavlina and Ciaran for their amazing music on Saturday. They have a great song mix, beautiful voices which complement each other perfectly. They got our group dancing with ease. The duo is punctual, very flexible and easy to deal with. It was an absolute pleasure to have them and we will certainly book again on next opportunity."

"Well what can we say! Whiskey & Ginger were absolutely fantastic arrived on time with equipment set up ready for the evening. They sang lots of different songs from old to new keeping the ears of our guests entertained ready for more. was absolutely amazing such a talented band would love to have thwmat another event. The only down side was that the evening seemed to go to fast but as the saying goes time flys when your having fun. Would so love to see them again in the future absolutely fantastic performance what an amazing band."

"Dale & the band.Thanks for making Mike & Lisa’s big day special. Without your music the whole day would not have flowed as beautifully as it did. The musical collection (and the way we could choose our favourite tunes) was excellent and catered for all the different tastes on the night. All the guests loved the range of numbers which were played in a very professional manner and the night just went too quickly. We’d certainly recommend you again to anyone wanting a live band for any style of future event. Best regards Jon & Cath Baines --- My husband Mike and I were extremely happy with the funky tunes which Funk ‘n’ Soul did at our wedding. Everybody commented on how good they were which was great to hear. What was  really special though was that the band sang our first dance – Al Green ‘Lets Stay Together – which was AMAZING! "Thank you so much to Detroit Deluxe for playing at our wedding, they topped off an amazing and very special day. Rachel and Reniece were awesome from the moment we saw them! Everything was brilliant, from the songs, the voices, the band and we loved the saxophone! They created an atmosphere that brought everyone to the dance floor, from all generations, everyone was smiling and having such a great time. After the band finished their last song, everyone began singing Mr Brightside and the band just picked it up and joined in, such an awesome moment! Thank you for everything, we would definitely book them again or go see them play. "

"alan sang at my wedding and what a voice!!! what i loved about him is that he prepared well in advance..he made sure he got to know us and exactly what we wanted...all the way from what he wore to the sound and order of songs. we fell in love with his sound and requested that he only have acoustic guitar accompany him. the vibe and atmosphere was so wonderful and very special. we will never forget our day! thankyou :)"
