"Sean was able to support our recent commercial event at short notice as a surprise for everyone. He added enormous energy to the evening, playing a really good selection of songs that suited our needs extremely well. Apart from being a really nice guy, he's also extremely talented. "If anyone is looking for a musician for their day I can't recommend JAM Duo highly enough. Anne- Marie Humphries and her partner Jules were amazing at our wedding on Thursday. They were so reasonably priced - for the two of them they were the same price if not less than some single musicians I had found. We weren't massively keen on having traditional music at our wedding but it was no problem at all for them to cover the list of songs we provided from old school R&B to Motown. For our walking down the aisle song we asked for Mariah Carey - Always Be My Baby and they did an absolutely amazing job. They're also going to record a version for us to give to our videographer as the music for our video 3à) A massive thank you to both of them for managing to sit through the 32 degree heat and then quickly move inside to play for guests who chose to go inside rather than outside as planned. You're stars!"

"Chris came to play his pipes for our family gathering at Abbotsford House in Melrose in August 2022. He played for around 45 minutes and we were absolutely delighted with his performance. As well as playing many of the usual pipe tunes, Chris was also happy to play a few requests such as the Skye Boat song and Mull of Kintyre. Chris was a real professional: communication before the event was very easy and responsive, and on the day he travelled from Glasgow to be with us, arriving perfectly on time. Chris was immaculately turned out, and was happy to stay on for photos and chatting at the end of his set. Chris is very personable and professional, I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a piper for a family or professional gathering."

Billy had researched what my father would enjoy and it was a really emotional occasion for him. It made the party for him and all of us. "The booking procedure was very straightforward and efficient. I spoke to Sarah-Jane who answered all my questions in a comprehensive and very friendly manner. Jean was a superstar!! She was highly professional and personable. She was very punctual and was playing as the first guests arrived. The range of music was just right to cater for all tastes and ages. She was smiling and bubbly throughout and was more than happy to play requests for my father!"

"The bagpipes really were the perfect start to our day. The team were so professional & obviously very talented. Honestly couldn’t recommend Alba bag pipes enough to anyone who is getting married. The guests all said how beautiful the bagpipes and drums were & how much they added to the atmosphere. We honestly can’t thank the team enough for making our day so special."

"Sorry I didn't get the chance to see you before you left but Thank you! You absolutely made our wedding party - you were absolutely brilliant. We had no idea really what to expect despite hearing your CD. That told us you can certainly sing!!! But the added value of your personality, performance and charisma we could not envision really. All of our guests have commented on you, your skill and style in making the party happen; dancing before dinner and before alcohol consumed! You brought energy, atmosphere, class, fun, style, va va voom and so much more. What an excellent choice we made! We had an awesome unforgettable day and you were key to it.
