"Thank you so much to you and your drummer for such a brilliant musical entertainment at our wedding. You pitched the tone, tempo and song choices perfectly throughout and gave our guests (and us) such a perfect soundtrack to the night. I especially appreciate the effort you put into the songs the we requested (our first dance combo and Sunshine On Leith were a huge success!) and that you graciously let the girls take the spotlight for the wedding song performance. In addition, you were brilliant to adapt around the weather situation. I know that wasn’t easy. We loved having you and hope you enjoyed your night too! "I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! Thank you all so very, very much."

"I don’t think the dance floor was anything other than full, all night. A great tribute to the band and testament to the crowd, as the atmosphere had remained buzzing all night. The band rocked, they played brilliantly all night…was there no end to their repertoire! "
