"We did a LOT of research around which band to have at our wedding party because we really wanted to have a good time with our guests. Fresh Grooves really delivered and, to be honest, surpassed our expectations. They were just amazing all night. I wish the party could've just gone on and on!"

"We booked Superfunked as a 6-piece for our summer ball and they were perfectly professional, well prepared and very pleasant to work with. Most importantly they took the event from mellow to upbeat and swinging without any need for prompts or direction. Fantastic execution and lovely singing. "

"I thought listening to music was good in and of itself! But to have Tashara singing and mingling in amongst the party, the dancers and the groovers makes it all the more special and entertaining! Tashara has such energy, where she not only sings beautifully but also dances and smiles throughout the whole of her performance! What more can one ask for, when out for an evening dancing with friends, colleagues and loved ones! Keep Up The Brilliant Work Tashara!"

"What can we say. Faultless, amazing, professional, exciting. From the moment we met you for coffee last year we knew all was going to be great. You were as excited as Gerald and I as we discussed Amy and Pauls ideas. Of course once we saw you and the team perform at the showcase event we were even more convinced because you could provide all the different kinds of music we were wanting for the wedding. Such a variety, each section adding another twist, each one a talking point. Sera, when you sang during the ceremony, both Gerald and I had tears in our eyes, your most beautiful voice, unforgettable, one of the highlights of the whole day for us. Please pass on our thanks to each and every one of the team, and we wish all of you well in the future. Hopefully, we will see you again sometime."

"The Marvellous Motown Souls performed for the 2nd year running at a charity ball I organise. I can honestly say I wouldn’t even think about asking anyone else. They are such a fabulous band. They are versatile professional and so very helpful. Lizy has the voice of an angel, and the interaction with the guests is brilliant. I know I sold tickets for the event because they were playing. Thank you for helping make ICE Ball 2017 such a success xx"

"Free Spirit are just amazing!! They played at my party and I couldn’t have asked for better. From day one of booking right through to the event, they made it all so easy. They were happy to play my playlists in between sets and were so helpful. The band played great music and got the dance floor filled. Highly recommend them!!"

"Katie & Stephen have jetted off to Antigua for a couple of weeks and no doubt they will want to thank you themselves on their return, but we wanted to get in touch ourselves to say how great the band were on Sunday. "Radio Dukes have been FANTASTIC throughout our wedding planning process all the way through to the final event where they did not disappoint. We changed our date a few times and each time Mitch was great at communication and keeping my mind at rest! The band learned our first dance song especially for the occasion and all the guests commented how lovely it was, they kept our guests up dancing all night and played a mix of genres to suit everyone. Their dedication and enthusiasm showed- all the way down to the drummer having his covid jab on the same day as our wedding and surviving the whole gig and doing it amazingly too! Thank you for making our evening reception so special and I hope I get to go to an event where you are playing again very soon!"

"We hired Urban Myth for our wedding in June 2019 and we honestly could not be happier with the experience. We found the band to be extremely professional throughout the entire planning process and with a reassuring attention to detail, which meant we had full faith in them to deliver on the night – particularly after watching them perform live in Didsbury beforehand. When our big day finally arrived, they were absolutely fantastic and played two one-hour sets that had our guests on the dance floor all evening, providing a real atmosphere to the night. The set-lists were varied enough to please all ages, and our guests genuinely commented afterwards about how they made the evening. If you are looking for a wedding band, Urban Myth is a perfect choice."
