"Christian and the band were excellent from start to finish. From the initial booking right through to when they left at the end of the evening. A very professional group of young musicians who made our evening a fantastic success. Each musician was fantastic in themselves and the lead singer was a fabulous, energetic young lady who sang as good or even better than many a pop star. Even before the party started when we had problems with the delimiter the band members kept us totally informed until we were able to sort out the problems at the hall. We have have feedback from many of our guests and each and everyone of them were totally impressed with the musicians. "Rocking" and "the best band ever" were some comments to name but a few. We had a great band at my daughter's wedding and didn't think they would be matched. However, Funky Friday hit the spot in every way and the dance floor was full all evening. We would book them again if the need arose and anyone looking for a class act would be well advised to book these up as they were outstanding in every way."

"We booked The Blue Notes for our wedding at the Plough after hearing them play at a wedding fair. It was absolutely the best decision we made! From the moment we booked them they couldn't have been more helpful, they helped us with timings, choosing playlists and made the whole process so easy from start to finish. Our guests raved about them from the minute they started to play, they even went out of their way to play a very special request from a guest ...above and beyond! Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely book them again in the future.......seriously talented musicians!! Thank you again The Blue Notes, you made our day."

"AN AMAZING BAND!! From the booking process (and changing the booking on two occasions due to covid) through to the evening of our wedding I cannot put into words how amazing they have been. When organising a wedding the last thing you want is stress and the band put me at ease so much by having everything sorted, responding quickly and being so patient with our adhoc requests. So many our guests have said how amazing the band were on the evening of our wedding and this means so much to us creating lifelong memories. They managed to get all our guests dancing and we are so excited to see our wedding video. The band even went out of their way to learn songs that meant something special to us. I really do recommend this band as they will 100% live up to all expectations. Thanks again to Luke and the Embassy Band :)!! "We booked this amazing band for a big birthday party in September. Their versatility and musical ability enabled all the guests to experience a variety of music including rock, soul and old and new RnB styles. They arranged covers to suit the occasion and had everybody singing along, dancing and really enjoying themselves. They played background music at first so that people could chat and moved onto more lively numbers as the evening went on. The female singer has a beautiful voice! I would highly recommend this talented group of musicians for any event. You will be enthralled and entertained and certainly not disappointed! "

"Band were great, very professional in terms of set up, clearing down. They were also really good at getting the crowd going. The acoustics in the room are often a struggle for live musicians so I think they coped with this well."
