"Lucy played at my 30th birthday party, and she completely made the night. I wanted something a bit different from the usual DJ only setup, and having live sax alongside the music just took everything to another level!! She has an amazing presence without ever being over the top, just effortlessly cool and confident. At one point she came out onto the dance floor and played amongst the guests, which got everyone properly involved and created such a fun atmosphere. added a real wow factor to the night and made it feel like a proper event rather than just another party."

"We were privileged to have North East Serenade for the first part of our son's wedding. This helped create a great atmosphere pre and post ceremony. They have an extensive repertoire from which to choose and will even arrange requests as long as they are given adequate notice. We are very pleased that they were able to attend and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"The ceilidh band were amazing! Our gala evening was especially for a group of 10 year olds but adults attended too. The caller, Mick, explained the steps clearly for them to follow, and used children and adults to demonstrate so they could follow. The music was lively, loud and energetic and everyone got up to dance! We have booked the band before and I would definitely book the band again. Thank you for making our evening such a great success."

He absolutely made my party his music was perfectly suited to the occasion, he got the mood absolutely right and he also welcomed requests from the guests. "We booked Dave to play sax at our family birthday celebration last night and he was absolutely incredible from start to finish. He was so accommodating and easy to communicate with, even managing to put together an amazing set of all our favourite songs at very short notice. Dave instantly brought the party to life! "We had a garden party recently, where John played a mixture of tunes for three hours. Everyone loved his playing, and he created a great atmosphere with his professional presentation. We will definitely ask John back again in the future. The accordion is a superb instrument to listen to, and extremely atmospheric. "

"We were so happy to have Dorothy play at our wedding — she was absolutely brilliant. Her harp music added such a special, elegant touch to the day and really helped set the tone from the moment guests arrived. In the lead-up, Dorothy was a dream to work with. She made everything really easy and stress-free, with a clear repertoire to choose from and great suggestions. She even tailored the song list to suit us as a couple, which made everything feel really personal. On the day, she played beautifully — we had loads of compliments from guests, and hearing our chosen songs on the harp was such a memorable part of the ceremony. "During the summer we were lucky enough to have Mark play at my mum's 60th birthday bash. Mark was absolutely fantastic! He was perfectly professional throughout and so friendly and funny. He played a really good mix of my mum's favourite music (60's tracks) and other tracks too. He responded really well to the crowd and had everyone up and dancing - from the 3 year old to the 80 year olds, and all in between! We enjoyed it so much that we ended up asking him if he could stay a couple of hours longer but he sadly had another gig to go to! I know that a lot of the guests were keen to see if Mark was free to play at their upcoming summer parties… he was such a hit with everyone - I've never had so many people ask me "where did you find him?!!". I would thoroughly recommend Mark whatever your occasion. I know that I'll be contacting him again next time we have a do! Thanks so much again Mark for making my mum's birthday so special! "
