"Waster cancelled his performance for our wedding with only a few hours notice although he did communicate a few days earlier to say he hadn't been well but was on the mend. He gave us absolutely no time to find a replacement especially as we had paid him in full in advance. He was unprofessional from the beginning with not answering emails and messages in an appropriate time which did send alarm bells from the beginning but I didn't listen to the little voice in my head. I wouldn't trust this guy no matter what he sings like. You have been warned!! "

Hi Anthony This is extremely unfair I had replied to every conversation straight away as I do with everyone Unfortunately I wasn’t well but ended up losing my voice completely a few days before which was a complete freak thing to happen and has only happened once in 6 years I could have turned up still to your wedding as I said but I wouldn’t have been able to do anything I refunded you in full the same day and tried everything I could to be in time for your wedding I’m sorry things didn’t work out and I really do apologise that on this one occasion it wasn’t possible for me to sing at your wedding i never cancel and unfortunately it was completely out of my control I hope you can understand this is not what I expected either and if it was something I could have fixed or solved or prepared for it wouldn’t have happened I wish you all the best for the future still and the offer for a full performance free of charge is still there if you wish I know it won’t make up for your wedding day but it’s really is was all I could do Many thanks Dan knight

"We got married on Saturday, a last minute change of date to get the wedding we wanted. Phil was booked for our original date and swapped plans with no problems. Communication was easy all the way through, especially when we were frazzled having reorganised everything! On the evening of our wedding, Phil was like one of the guests. He chatted, laughed and had banter with everyone, and he absolutely made the night for us. Everyone loved him, and all said what a great entertainer he is. We really appreciate you learning a rewritten song for our first dance, and learning an extra Beautiful South song was a wonderful surprise. I can’t remember the last time we had so much fun. Thank you Phil, With love from Mr and Mrs Dunn"

"Sean Jeffery is a talented singer-songwriter who is reliable, efficient and a fine performer. Whereas most of the new wave of solo writers are somewhat hap-hazard in their approach to live performance, Sean has a workman-like attitude and attention to detail is first class before, during and after his performance. A mix of well crafted covers and self-penned material is what was promised and Sean provided this with a positive attitude. We liked his work and we will be looking at offering Sean regular return gigs in the future!"

"Just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you so much for playing for us at our wedding on September 10th. You played beautifully and it set the tone for the drinks reception and breakfast perfectly. I would recommend you in a flash to anyone. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to thank you better on the day, but I was caught up in everything and the fact the sun was shining! Also thank you for playing our James Taylor songs and playing them again when you came into the marquee! I eventually got Mum and Dad to hear them!"

"Dear Gary, A very big thank you from is all at the Sequela Therapy Centre today. You were amazing and brought a smile to many of our faces. It was interesting to see how Music really moved some of our members and then your kind personality made it even more special. We have a committee meeting tomorrow and I feel sure we will fix a date around the end of September or beginning of December for an event so I will be I touch soon. "James was absolutely brilliant. He came in and set up without a fuss, played two absolutely cracking sets of all the songs we had picked in advance from his set list PLUS a load of extra songs that he had recorded accompaniments for especially for our party! He is a very talented musician and singer and the icing on the cake was his performance of the song we did our first wedding dance to. We will definitely be asking him to regale us again in the future. Thanks for a genuinely brilliant night James! :)"
