I eagerly await her events, because they are not just run of the mill open-mic nights or seedy pub gigs; they are proper shows with atmosphere, zing and something special - whether they are on a theatre stage or in her kitchen! "I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! Thank you all so very, very much."

"Stephen played at our gender reveal yesterday and it really made our day truly special. Our guests all commented on what lovely touch he was to the day. Every song we requested was played and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s wanting to add some music to their event. Thank you for being a part of our day."

"Sean performed in a marquee in our garden on Saturday . He was great , on time , good price and most importantly got the whole crowd dancing and singing along . There was lots of shouting for more at the end and no one wanted him to finish . Thanks Sean "

"Have booked this fine young man for years and always look forward to him playing. Club is always full when he is here which is rare nowadays. It’s been said many times before about his voice and guitar playing so I can only say the same, never plays the same songs twice as many acts do. See you in summer Nick"

"James was absolutely fantastic at our wedding reception, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so lovely and kind- a true gentleman! He was super talented and all of our guests enjoyed his performance who were aged 15 to 80. We had our reception in a pub and James definitely contributed to them having a much busier night as lots of people stayed around outside to listen to him and commented on how good he was ( and it wasn’t a warm evening!!). James had excellent communication throughout the booking process, is accommodating when picking Song choices , and arrived at our venue in plenty of time. To top it all James clearly loves what he does x x we all loved him x x if you are wondering about who to book for your event , don’t hesitate , get james booked, you will not be disappointed x x x "

"I booked Phil after seeing him perform at a wedding back in September. This weekend he blew us away entertaining our guests at our wedding. The guests were raving about how talented he was at singing, playing guitar AND even moved onto a piano that was at our venue. The booking process, communication and Phil's ability to curate a set list based on a couples preferences was absolutely outstanding. Incredible talent and the perfect addition to our perfect day!"

"Matt was very accommodating. He adapted his playlist to suit us. He coped with having to move all his equipment some distance as he couldn’t park nearby. He was very pleasant. Our guests all loved the music and he got people up on the dance floor."

Well, thank you so much. Robbie the Roadie was waxing lyrical on the way home from the gig about the level of hospitality that you afforded us both. From providing lovely food, keeping us in drinks/refreshments all the time we were in your company; providing a room for me to change into stage wear and checking in on us throughout the night, you and Jon were perfect hosts. I have to say that if there was a similar grading for clients, you and Jon would also be a 10/10.
