"My wife and I had the great pleasure of John playing a fantastic mix of classic Parisian accordion tracks at at our wedding throughout our drinks reception and we couldn't have been more pleased with the entertainment and ambiance this created for our big day. All of our guests commented on how much fun it was and what a great way to sip a few cocktails and enjoy the afternoon's celebrations. Thoroughly recommended. "

"John played brilliantly at our small wedding reception. We had 30 guest in the Orangey, John's music was never over powering and created a beautiful ambiance. All our friends and family loved the music, as it created a relaxing atmosphere but also enabled those who wanted to dance to do so.... I would have John playing again in a heart beat! John was also very flexible as I asked to change the time he arrived a couple of days before the wedding. John truly made our wedding reception special."

"I’ve booked Fifi through lastminutemusicians.com and I’m glad I did! She was quick to respond to my enquiry and available when it came to organise the details. The evening went great as she walked around playing to all our guests and even taking song requests. All in all very professional with a touch of French “je ne sais quoi”. I hope we can work again together in the future!"

"John exceeded all of our expectations. We threw a cocktail reception/party at an Oxford University college and wanted to provide some entertainment that was both exciting as a central feature and also appropriate for background music. John did just that, brilliantly. His repertoire is extensive and very flexible. He tailored what he played to the theme and vibe of our event, and it went down perfectly. As organizers, we had countless people approach us throughout the evening saying, "Great idea having that accordionist - he's excellent!" We owe all the praise to John. "A fantastically talented and professional duo who seem to enjoy an encyclopaedic knowledge of music from Central and Eastern Europe. Although they are only two musicians they produce the sound of a small orchestra. Igor possesses a very fine voice and his renditions of Moscow Nights, Ochi Chornie and Those Were the Days (among a huge list of songs) are second to none. Sarah is a brilliant violinist and domra player. They enhanced our evening and made it quite unforgettable. "

"Absolutely thrilled and previaliged Jonny was able to come all the way to the Midlands to play at my Aunts funeral. Jonny played beautifully at my Aunts committal then again at the wake. We wanted traditional upbeat accordion music played to celebrate my Aunts life due to the amount of children attending in the family, and it being their first funeral. Everyone commented how lovely the funeral was, it wasn't somber at all, and how fitting Jonny's music was. Thank you from all family and wish you all the best and success for the future xxx "

"re Ceili in The Brewery, Chiswell St. London EC1 4SD "We were delighted with our choice of Colette and her band for our recent charity céilí in central London. Their energetic caller was amazing in the number of dances she knew and the ability she had to persuade the crowd to get on their feet and dance. The music was exactly what we were looking for, the musicians very accomplished and always ready to take suggestions, and they played a mix of old favourites and some new dances to ensure that novices and experienced céilí goers had great fun. "Claudio is a wonderfully talented accordionist. He played at the drinks reception for my daughter's wedding at Aynhoe Park and so many people commented on how much they loved his playing. He had a huge repertoire of accordion music from traditional French to classical and happily played requests. I particularly loved his excerpts from the Shostakovich Jazz Suite. Claudio is a friendly, cheerful man and is lovely to have around. "

Not only did he sound the part but he also looked the part and fit right in with our vintage themed wedding, we had great comments from our guests. Out of all our suppliers John was one of the easiest and most enjoyable to deal with.
