"We had our Silver Wedding at The Priory, Caerleon with 40 guests. We booked John to play during our drinks reception out in a very beautiful garden. Such a talented guy who played all our Italian favourites creating exactly the perfect atmosphere we wanted. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed listening. Thankyou so much John you were fabulous. "We were really pleased to have John playing for us at our Christmas party. He had a wide repertoire of French café-style music, which was just what we wanted, and was very flexible as to when we wanted him to play. His quiet and engaging character meant that he fitted in with us really well and we will be pleased to have him back next year. I'm just sorry that our timings went awry and so we didn't have time to sing the Christmas carols and songs that he had prepared – next time, John, and thank you for having them ready!"

"I’ve booked Fifi through lastminutemusicians.com and I’m glad I did! She was quick to respond to my enquiry and available when it came to organise the details. The evening went great as she walked around playing to all our guests and even taking song requests. All in all very professional with a touch of French “je ne sais quoi”. I hope we can work again together in the future!"

"Pete helped to make my Grandad's surprise 100th birthday party celebrations really special. My Grandad used to play the accordion and he was thrilled with the surprise and was very impressed with Pete's instrument and accomplished playing. He played a wide range of music so the little ones enjoyed it too. I have never booked an accordionist for an event before, but I'd definitely book Pete again for a future event."

"Jonny performed at our wedding in the Peak District. We wanted some background music and Jonny fitted the bill perfectly. Jonny's cafe style music worked so well, moving around the guests in a non-intrusive fashion. 4 weeks on and guests are still saying how much they enjoyed it. The biggest recommendation would come from my dad, a musician with 50 years experience, he could not speak highly enough of Jonny. Jonny was professional and friendly from the start, I would not hesitate in recommending him"

"Well, where do I begin. Oh! I know. My life sucked. People have hardships. People have rocky times. I found beauty, love, truth, but rarely ease, comfort, kindness. Until I met and married (15yrs later) Bernie. Then it was my 60th birthday. I had never had a party for me as I liked, in my long lumpy life. Ever. Suddenly, I had carte Blanche. Most parties I go to are a nightmare for me. So I thought, why don't I give people a template for a good party. Gross gatherings all jammed in an inadequate restaurant, no mixing etc. and you're not even hosted, you pay for steaks, liqueur coffees and other abominations all in the name of love and loyalty. But sacrificed on the alter of pleasure. Cue Fifi La Mer! Well obviously my venue was groovy. Eventually my menu was too. All as planned. The start of my death. 60! Ok then 'a new age' . Whatever. Venue. Menu. Crowd. Fifi. Me looking not as bad as usual. Result one of the best evenings of my life. I am a 'hands on' Granny, Auntie, Mother etc. I'm so passionate about who I am, where I came from etc. not because I am so great, but because I care and because they are so great. Oh and because it matters. What I want to impart, do not be boring. Do not be petty. Do not be mean. Be fabulous. Give a shit. Oh yes, and book Fifi. "

"From my first communication with Louise I knew she would be the perfect musician to book for our wedding on 10th September. Music is incredibly important to us and she exceeded expectations. We had our reception at The Italian Villa in Dorset and we wanted to add an Italian feeling in the gardens when our guests arrived and Louise create this atmosphere by playing the accordion for us. She is so talented and professional and it really made the afternoon so very special. All the guests commented on how wonderful the music was and I would love to book her again for another event in the future. I can't recommend her highly enough and her communication and quality service was impeccable from start to finish. Thank you for adding something so very special to our magical day. Despite the weather, you kept our spirits high and took us all over the world with your seemingly infinite repertoire. Giles has played in a band for years and so there were several musicians present but it is fair to say that they were all completely enthralled and amazed by your talents and the range of music that you had at your fingertips.
