"Fifi la Mer and her sidekick, Ollie on the Clarinet were a smash hit at our Christmas party. It was a small gathering of friends and family at home, and they immediately understood how to calibrate their performance for the perfect intimate ambiance--not too overwhelming, but charming and entertaining nonetheless, including their perfectly timed surprise "Happy Birthday" arrival halfway through the party. They were extremely pleasant, professional and, last but not least, very talented! I will surely look forward to booking them again, and plan to check out their full band "Oh La La " as soon as possible"

"John played brilliantly at our small wedding reception. We had 30 guest in the Orangey, John's music was never over powering and created a beautiful ambiance. All our friends and family loved the music, as it created a relaxing atmosphere but also enabled those who wanted to dance to do so.... I would have John playing again in a heart beat! John was also very flexible as I asked to change the time he arrived a couple of days before the wedding. John truly made our wedding reception special."

The music was absolutely fantastic and perfectly judged, with everyone commenting on how much they loved it, and she even took time afterwards to show some of the children how to play the accordion. Having the party on a boat made for slightly more difficult logistics but your professional yet flexible and enthusiastic approach to the situation really helped. On arrival you quickly tuned into the nature and tone of the event and your personality and sense of fun charmed everyone. "When organising our charity 'French Night' we searched to find an accordion player. Martina fitted the bill but we were concerned as to whether she would come all the way to Milton Keynes from London. Sure enough she arrived on cue and played for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved her music and singing and everyone had a wonderful time. We would certainly invite Martina again!"
