"What a good band! Saw them at Ruby’s in Dalston and I loved them. They created such a good atmosphere, filling the room with good notes and positive vibes which is all you need when you are sipping cocktails with good friends. "

"The Tri Tones played at our family party last week and were absolutely great. The age range of our guests was from 1 - 90+ and, without exception, everyone loved the music. The band arrived in good time, were cheerful, flexible and played beautifully. I would highly recommend them. Apart from sharp renditions of traditional favourites, they had taken the time to learn a Springsteen classic (requested) - which was fantastic. Our party was in a church hall with doors open on to a garden - people commented how well the band modulated their performance so that it was always significant but never too loud. Thanks Tri Tones - we will definitely be in touch for the next big event!"

I have organised other events and it is very difficult to please everyone , but the feedback received from those attending was unanimous in their praise for the Band . "I cannot recommend Girl Got Soul highly enough. We weren't sure if having a wedding band would be a sensible use of our budget, but we're so glad we hired Girl Got Soul. They went down a storm. The singing is beautiful, they got our guests dancing, and they were great fun to watch. We had one set of Jazz (All That Jazz) and one party set, and both were great. Communication was excellent, the band worked with me on the setlist and were very nice in reassuring me that my requests weren't bridezilla-ish. :)"

"These guys are amazing!! They agreed to play with 3 days notice, and made my mums 70th Birthday an incredible occasion that she won't forget. Great musicians, lovely guys, and a really tight gypsy swing band with fab stage charisma. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"Book this Trio! Noteworthy are fantastic. We had a wonderful birthday party for my husband - everyone thoroughly enjoyed their jazz repertoire - the sound level was perfect and they added sophistication and joy to a fabulous evening carrying on playing long after they were due to finish. "From beginning to end you were all totally professional. It was such a relief when you took the worry of the evenings schedule of my hands, and applied your experience to make the evening run so smoothly. From the moment you guys sang in the empty marquee as a sound check, I knew that if the caterers failed to turn up and the marquee was to fall around our ears your performance would still make it a fantastic night."

"Doesn't time fly by! Two weeks today since we got married and you came along to keep us entertained. It was an amazing day and you and your band contributed immensely. From the moment I contacted you I knew we had made the right choice. Your communication and understanding was excellent. Our 1930s theme fit right in with the venue and your style of music. We received lots of comments from our guests about how lovely it was to sit on the lawn drinking Pimms listening to you play whilst we were off having photos taken. It was so relaxing and elegant. Like being on a film set, one guest said. I think what made it for me was when all the guests had gone inside to sit down for the meal and we were passing some hotel guests sitting on the terrace enjoying the sun. As I walked passed one gentleman starting clapping and commented how beautiful I looked and thanked me for providing such wonderful music that he had enjoyed listening to; a real unexpected pleasure. In fact the venue told me the following day that quite a few hotel guests had commented on the great music. The evening was astounding. In the DJ sets you provided between Dr Jazz's live sessions you managed to fit in all our guests' special songs. This made it a lot more personal. And thank you so much for rearranging one of your songs to fit in with the routine we had learned for our first dance. This just shows how versatile and amenable you are. We would like to thank you for coming and making our wedding day most enjoyable, not just for us but for our guests. I have already been recommending you and will continue to do so."
