"Just a huge shout out to the band for playing my husbands party last Saturday. You were beyond fantastic, played longer than they were supposed to, shared the stage and their gear with a band they had never met. Utterly fab music. We have had so many letter commenting one of the best bands they have seen! Thanks for being so flexible with Country and Western show. We had a fab party, please pass on our thanks to all band members you made it hugely memorable and massive fun."

"The fabulous JBMac performed at my joint 50th birthday party and were AMAZING! So good to have a proper dance like we used to. The combination of live music and DJ mix was perfect. So happy we booked them 🤩. "

"Rating 5/6 : Very Enjoyable Absolute Mayhem The Horse & Chains, Bushey on Saturday 30 September 2023 It's a rare thing to go into a local pub and hear a keyboard player who has been described as a musical "genius" by none other than David Bowie. This is no tall story either. The musician Billy Ritchie was the first player in rock music to give keyboards a prominent role -- and that was before Keith Emerson (ELP) and Rick Wakeman came on the scene. Billy told me that he remained good friends with the Thin White Duke until his death in 2016. Lanark-born Mr Ritchie now provides the skilful and fancy keyboards and records backing tracks for his latest incarnation Mayhem with talented female singer Carol Leslie. Carol is a really strong vocalist with a gutsy style. This dynamic duo started their first set at the cosy Sebright Arms with Elvis's late sixties' classic Suspicious Minds. The second song was a surprise -- Kirsty MacColl's comedy number There's A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears His Elvis. It was a perfect choice after the first song. Carol and Billy select their material wisely and give their audience something very different from the predictable Mustang Sally, Brown Eyed Girl and I Saw Her Standing There, churned out by so many pub bands. So it was great to hear Georgio Moroder and Phil Oakey's electro smash Together In Electric Dreams, Matchbox's catchy rocker Rockabilly Rebel, Starship's uplifting We Built This City (on which Billy demonstrated his keyboard dexterity) and Solomon Burke's gospel-ish Cry To Me. And that was just the first half. Carol is happy to tackle songs usually associated with male vocalists and she started part two with a raucous version of Bryan Adams' rocker Summer Of 69. If you have never seen Mayhem, ask Billy to perform Light My Fire, the Doors rock classic from 1967. This was a sheer musical masterclass as he re-created both vocally and instrumentally this great song. Billy has a rich, tuneful voice and this was a stunning performance. Other highlights in the second half included Journey's rock anthem Don't Stop Believing, Carol's gritty interpretation if Shania Twain's Man I Feel Like A Woman and a fine performance of Bon Jovi's Living On A Prayer A total of 24 songs and I cannot wait to see this duo again. My only concern is their name. I think many club and pubgoers might think Mayhem are a heavy metal band rather than an all-round, top class duo. "Thank you guys so much! We couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to play at our event, you made it so special and no-one has stopped talking about you guys since. We would honestly recommend you to anyone hosting an event, you catered for the whole audience and it was just epic. Thank you so much, can't wait to re-book you for something again in the future!"

"They were incredible, we had them coming in as a surprise straight after the ceremony, we asked them if they could play a few songs that they didn't have on their playlist and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were so cool about everything and made our day just that little bit more special. At least two people at the wedding wanted to use them for other weddings. Perfect."

"What an incredible band! It was one of the highlights of our wedding. So many compliments from all our guests, you guys did us and yourselves proud. Thank you for learning our father and daughter dance - my dad was overwhelmed and it was everything I wished for and more; that moment will be very precious to me in years to come. We loved our first dance and you did such a good version of "High" by Lighthouse Family. Thank you for finishing our perfect day off and giving us some incredible memories to look back on. "

"The Stereobeats...what can I say? Absolutely outstanding band! After seeing them a few times previously there was only 1 band I wanted for our wedding and they absolutely did not let me down. Communication with the band beforehand was fab. And they were phenomenal on the night. Every single member of this band has unreal talent. The dancefloor was never empty. There was something for everyone although the dance section was a firm favourite.Guests are still raving about them 2 weeks later. Thank you again guys! We had the best night ever."

"I just celebrated my 50th Birthday in July, with a big party. The entire evening was incredible - what an awesome talented pair they were. Wasn’t at all static, walking the room engaging with all guests…Everyone was blown away by the interactivity and energy of Bobby. From being on the floor with 'OOPS UPSIDE UR HEAD' to starting off the impromptu Conga. Loved them so much that will definitely be booking again soon - just need to make up an excuse for a party now lol"
