"Well Vernon I've just spent far too long trawling through your Spotify material, and I have to say it is absolutely sublime. Your guitar work on your 2013 album 'What Will You Do?' is up there with the best, thank you for bringing me so much joy. Both versions of 'Lovers in the Moonlight' (2013 and 2024) are superb. Are you sure you’re not related to George Benson? Your 1980s covers shine out like beacons too, so thank you."

"We booked Detroit Deluxe for the evening of our wedding and they absolutely smashed it! We couldn’t have hoped for more. The vocals and the music were just incredible. We were so lucky to have them at our wedding and we are so grateful. They even managed (miraculously) to get my entire family on their feet dancing the evening away. Everyone enjoyed it so much. We just need another excuse to book them again. Thank you so much! "

"Radio Dukes played at my wedding. They were so good! All the guests commented on how great they were. They learnt our first dance especially for us which was such a nice touch. We can’t thank them enough for being part of our special day. We also rented their Photo Booth which went down really well, lots of very funny photos were taken."

"Not too sure I can put in to words my thanks to you all for being the best and making our wedding just perfect. The ceremony - Amazing and very emotional. People said to me after they were having to look round to see it was a real human it was so perfect. The drinks ceremony - absolutely phenomenal, the music could have been coming straight from the original artists it was so perfect. Norah Jones was just amazing. The lovely, beautiful girl with blonde hair who I think wants to be my best friend, but I have no idea what her name is so that’s a bad start - what a fab personality she has, so professional, kind and unbelievable at what she does. The night time - the set up looked effortless, the sound checks made everyone giddy. Our first dance song was smashed out of the park. The manner of every single one of you was something else, so polite and lovely. And your music was just next level. I loved every single song and you should all be so proud. People are still messaging me about how amazing you were. So a million thanks from a very happy bride. Martyn, thank you for reading, replying and understanding all my emails. You lot are the best and I can’t wait for something else to come up so I can book you - just got to let my feet simmer because they are still aching today!! "We booked these guys for our wedding at Tunnels Beaches in Ilfracombe in October 2021. Booking them was so easy and they were great to work with and always accommodating, even after our first wedding date had to be postponed because of Covid. Their repertoire is extensive and yet despite this they were prepared to learn some new songs for our wedding if needed. They arrived on time and set up without any fuss or drama - all thoroughly professional......then they started playing!!! Wow! Now I play in a semi-pro band and like to think we are pretty decent, but these guys were just on a different level. Great song choices, fantastic musicianship, great energy and rapport with the crowd - they were amazing. That view is shared by all the guests who attended. From start to finish, the band's performance was absolutely incredible — full of energy, talent, and great vibes. You guys had us up and dancing, and the atmosphere was unforgettable.
