Review Centre: Soul Bands

"Junction 2 played at our Wedding on Saturday the 2nd August and 24 hours later we are still in shock at how unbelievably good the band were, and we are on cloud 9!! Every single guest have said how good the band were. We can honestly say that Junction 2 are the best soul and motown band we have ever heard (and we have seen the Four Tops and Temptations!). From start to finish they were very professional and kept every guest in high spirits and dancing the night away!!! I have already enquired to book the band for my 40th birthday and we can't wait to see them again. If you have a function booked with Junction 2 believe me you will NOT be disappointed they are fantastic. Again on behalf of myself, my new wife and all the wedding guests we would like to say a massive thank you for making our very special day even more special! A day that we will never forget!!! "We had these guys for my daughter’s 18th birthday party in the garden. They were brilliant. Friendly, enthusiastic, very talented and played a wide variety of music that had all ages dancing - we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would love to use them again - book them quickly, they’re going to be very popular!"

"Gloria and Patrick were absolutely amazing at our weekly live music night. I had heard great things online, but nothing prepared us for just how great they actually are! Gloria's voice is incredible and Patrick's guitar skills meant the duo went down an absolute storm! They will definitely be a resident act at The Shurlock Inn AND at our sister pub The Plough from now on! 10 out of 10! "

"Acousonic came to play for 150 of us for an Xmas party and were absolutely first class in every way. Andy and the boys rocked it from start to finish. There wasn’t a moment during the entire set where people weren’t up on the dance floor having a great time. I would recommend Acousonic to anyone looking for a highly skilled, lively band who really know their stuff."

"I've wanted to try live music in our little Country pub for the longest time and Lucy and Jack were so great I'll definitely be having them back again and again. Engaging, entertaining, and had people up dancing all night. Can't recommend enough!"

They are really responsive and organised in the planning and run up to the wedding so that part was also a breeze."
