"I went to a lot of bother to organise a piper as a surprise for my husband . I updated Colin all the way and when I had got permission I contacted him to arrange a time , a schedule etc . I got a very brief reply with bank details to pay in full to book . This was never mentioned at the beginning of the conversation I was more than happy to pay a deposit . The message was abrupt and just asked for full payment . Not impressed ."

Really sorry to hear of your disappointment, but it is usual in business if an event is within 28 days to request payment. It was merely a request for payment, my manner was matter of fact, I take issue with your claim that I was somehow rude

"Hello, for our wedding Jeremy Levif was one of the first things we booked. Jeremy is incredible and sings a host of songs genres - it also helps that he is the friendliest guy ever. We are delighted with our decision to have Jeremy as part of our wedding day. Every single guest commented on how fantastic he was. Would 10/10 recommend Jeremy!"

"We contacted James to play the bagpipes at our wedding and it was very memorable and emotive. Ahead of the event, the contact with James was very easy and he was very approachable. On the day itself his excellent bag piping made the wedding that much more special for us. Most of the guests commented how great it was and on top of his truly excellent playing he is a genuinely nice guy and extremely professional. I highly recommend James for any event where a bagpipes is desired. Thank you James! "

"Jacqui and family “Richard, thank you SO much for making yesterday extra special with your presence! Everyone enjoyed the piping so much! Richard played at my Mother’s funeral. The performance was professionally done and made the day extra special. Everyone who came enjoyed not only the music, but the presentation of Richard himself, who looked very smart in traditional piper dress! Richard himself was kind, sympathetic and organised, only wanting brief details before delivering a performance that lifted an otherwise incredibly emotional day for us all. Thank you again, it was a privilege to meet you!"

"Alan was a wonderful surprise for my father-in-law's 70th birthday. A hugely talented musician, and a very relaxed and friendly man. He was also great with my nephews - who had all sorts of strange song requests for him, including Star Wars! Smart and efficient booking service - everything went exactly to plan. ""Hi. I would rank Julia higher than 10 if it were possible! She was superb. My daughter had the unusual request of asking if Country Road by John Denver could be played at the wedding on the bagpipes. Julia happily agreed that it was possible. She went to the trouble of recording and sending a clip for my daughter's approval. It was perfect! Julia arrived before everyone. Made friends with everyone and was certainly a hit. She performed more tunes than we initially requested and made suggestions of when and what would be good to play. I would most certainly recommend Julia to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much, our day was even more perfect than we ever imagined.""
