"Malcolm absolutely blue away my mind away when he came and played the bagpipes at my 80th birthday on Sunday 12th June, my birthday being on the 13th, Malcolm was the complete professional, extremely obliging and very talented, nothing was too much trouble for him, anyone who would like a piper for any special occasion I would have no hesitaion in recommending Malcolm Smith, Malcolm from the bottom of my 80 year old heart a MASSIVE thank you. "Mum had a piper play at her wedding and when she knew she hadn't a long left told us that she wanted a piper to lead her down the aisle at her funeral. As we laid her to rest he played The Skye Boat Sone (her favourite tune) there wasn't a dry eye anywhere. Thankyou George "

"It was an absolute pleasure to have Chris as the piper at our wedding. We booked him to pipe the guests in and out of the ceremony, at our rural farm/barn venue in May 2023. He was friendly and helpful when I got in touch. He is a serious ‘trad’ musician, not just someone who knows a few wedding classics, and he played a fantastic selection of tunes on the day. We spoke beforehand about the sort of pipe tunes that we like, and he accommodated this happily. Price was really reasonable, and he was organised, communicated well in the run up to the day, and arrived in plenty time (always helps to minimise wedding day stress!). Walking across a courtyard to the country bothy we were married in, to the sound of Chris playing the pipes, was one of the most special and emotional moments of my whole wedding day. Whole heartedly recommend him!"

"I cannot recommend Billy highly enough. We contacted several local pipers before Billy and were amazed that he provided the best quote with, by far, the most experience. On the day we wanted Billy to pipe the guests into the church and as well as us out of the church after we were marrIed. However, Billy went above and beyond and l, leading the procession, piped us and the guests on the 500m walk through woodland to the venue and stayed to mingle with the guests for a while too, which was a nice touch. Thoroughly professional and a gentleman, thank you Billy. Al and El Henderson "

"Robert played the pipes at my wedding in Hertfordshire in early December 2020. We discussed the music beforehand and he arrived well in advance of the time required. He was immaculately turned out and played superbly both at the church and subsequently at the hotel. He was absolutely excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him (and to book him again should the occasion arise). "

"Hector was immaculate and played beautifully in the most atrocious weather. Hector elegantly slowly marched the coffin along our street and to the grave side and as the mourners left the cemetery. Can't thank him enough."

"You could not meet a nicer man. Ed was so kind to my mum who has dementia. We had a small family gathering to celebrate her 91st birthday. I don’t know what to say - just amazing! I will give warning though ... take tissues! There was not a dry eye in the room. Ed played so beautifully, it was unbelievably emotional. Can not give this lovely man enough praise. We will remember this day forever. Thank you so much Ed - hoping very much to see you again one day. You made a very old lady’s wish come true. A million massive thank you’s xxx "

"Billy was amazing playing throughout our wedding day, keeping up with the ever changing schedule that is a wedding! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the bagpipes, as did we. Billy was professional and friendly from first contact, making suggestions on music, when and where to play etc. and generally went with the flow. A lovely guy, can’t recommend him highly enough.
