Review Centre: Guitarists

"I never usually leave feedback etc for anything but thought it a crime not to do so for the show Nick Caruso just provided for us. I own a fairly large company and after seeing Nick play a few times i approached him to play our event. We emailed back and forth as i am quite fussy and wanted things to run exactly right, i needed not to worry as Nick put my mind at ease on every occasion, he was very diplomatic and polite when he could've told me not to worry. The show was scheduled to start at 8.30pm and right on the dot he came on stage and opened up a captivating first half with back to back non stop great songs to dance to. The second half really showed why he is so very revered, everything from classic Chuck Berry to some highly charged 80's rock then classic songs like Hotel California and Purple Rain, you cannot help but to just watch him show the guitar who is the boss, not a step wrong, not a bad note all night. I will be using Nick for all our future events in the UK and abroad. Not many people surprise me but i can honestly say Nick did."

"Rob was a fantastic addition to our day. His gorgeous performance provided the perfect atmosphere for our drinks reception, and we were really impressed with how proactive he was in managing the weather and moving around the venue so that all of our guests could enjoy the music. He was so professional and the quality of the music was impeccable. We would highly recommend Rob."

"Lewis was friendly and a great asset to our family garden party which consisted of famly aged from 1month to 88 years old. Everyone loved him and his music . we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family or friends and will definitely be using him again in the future. We love a family party !!"

"On a personal recommendation I booked Vicki for my garden party - and she did not disappoint. Prompt, just left her to get on with setting herself up as I was so busy and she played song after lovely song! She appealed to young and old(er) and after her session I received all good feedback from my guests, the 20/30's as well as those of my age. I would most definitely use such a talented polite lady again. "

"James is an incredibly talented musician, a one man band, with the impact of a group. His repertoire is extensive, lots of choice meant we could cater to a broad demographic of party guests. We had lots and lots of compliments at the birthday party we threw for my Dad, people were blown away with his talent and unique approach to music. We would 100% book again, James is trustworthy, polite and a pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend James to anyone looking to book, he won't disappoint. "Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! "Booking Marc was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. he really got the party started with a well-chosen set that appealed to the diverse range of guests before him. he was also a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, Marc was very accommodating with both of our requests.... even a drunken groom who wanted to duet! thanks for everything Marc!"

"Hired a large house on Selsey seafront (THE BEACH HOUSE ) for my wife's suprise birthday party with friends and family, James did two sessions starting at 8:30pm finishing about 11pm..... He was amazing.... Everyone was asking where I had got him from, who recommended him and so on.....10/10.... Topped off a fantastic few days..... Making memories.....cheers James"

"We were very impressed with Jack Abbey's professionalism. He has a lovely voice, plays the guitar very well and he didn't turn the volume up so loud that our guests couldn't hear each other talking - just perfect. Jack sang songs which we requested when we originally booked him - which were Country & Western / 50's /60's & 70's songs. They went down a treat with everyone being of our era. We had lots of people saying how good he was and how they enjoyed listening to him. Thank You Jack. XX "

"I cannot believe how quickly the time has gone since the wedding! Rob was fantastic and made no issue at all about moving around several times to fit his set around the rest of our day. He had a good range of songs and got all of the advanced requests we had from his song list into his set. We would highly recommend him to anyone."

"I asked Oliver to perform the first dance song and 2 others. This was a surprise for my wife to be. Oliver was fantastic in the build up to my wedding and kept in contact. He arrangements with the DJ so that he could arrive unnoticed. When it came to the time of the first dance the DJ played a little trick pretending he did not have the first dance song but found an alternative. Oliver took to the stage armed with his guitar and started to play Have I Told You Lately. My wife was amazed and thrilled to bits. He has clearly put a lot if time in practising and completely nailed it. The other 2 songs were also fantastic. What a guy. Such a lovely chap and so talented. It made our night extra special. "Last November we booked a show with Nick, i asked for his very well presented and executed reggae and 80’s evening. I could not have asked for anymore as it really shows how he doesn’t put on a fantastic show but it’s superbly put together so it flows so well. A real shame the evening had to end. He has such great presence and can hold the crowd so well that you forget he is a soloist. All the best and we all thank you for the best of evenings."

"We booked RJ to play during the day at our wedding in August. He was an utter delight. He was professional and friendly throughout. He checked exactly what we wanted for the day and was very easy to work with. And of course, he is a talented musician - the tone of his voice is even better live. All of our guests commented on his music and a few have even asked for his details for their own events. I’m so glad that he was available to play for our big day!"
