"They were fantastic! We hired them for a 40th birthday celebration in a big country hall and they totally blew us away. The communication was great and it was really easy to make all the arrangements beforehand. They were really flexible with our needs too. Their repertoire was so fun and kept the audience dancing for the whole time. They performed some great New Orleans style songs that fitted in with us really well. Two of the drummers performed on stilts when they came back on which everyone enjoyed. Everyone loved it and are still buzzing from a few weeks ago. I couldn't rate them higher."

"We hired these guys for our wedding April 2023 and we couldn’t be happier! They were amazing, so charismatic and fun! All our guests commented on how great they were and how much of a blast they were having. They played our first dance and we loved every second. We partied the night away. If you want a wedding that everyone raves about, hire these guys!"

"Lara was simply amazing. I had asked her to sing at my mother's funeral. She helped me navigate the process of landing on the right songs and found herself having to learn two new songs from scratch. She was sensitive to the process and helpful in ensuring that she was in contact with just the right people to make the timing just right. Above everything else she sung both songs beautifully. She contributed heavily to a beautiful send off for Mum. I look forward to working with her in the future on happier events."

"We booked Back2Back for a Golden Wedding Anniversary at Kidlington Football Club and they were were fantastic, they played a mix of songs which appealed to all the age groups and filled the gaps between their sets with dancing/party music. They never missed a beat and we had very positive feedback. Great value for money and would definitely book them again."

"I can't rate this band more highly, would recommend to anyone wanting a band for a wedding (or party). We recently had them play at our wedding and were so happy with the 2 sets; the music is incredible, lead vocals AMAZING and their covers are perfect! They did a mix of songs that we liked and also some others we requested including rnb, 90s covers, 00s covers and put their own spin on it - I'd even say some of the songs were better than the originals!! Also very flexible and made a real effort to do a version of our first dance that was both a slow and a fast song. We had all the guests asking where we found them and how to book them, as they were so good. Got everyone up on the dancefloor! Thank you again for playing at our wedding and for a fantastic job, so pleased we booked."

"The Weekend Groove played at our wedding in the French Alps on June 24th. They were everything you would hope for in a band for an occasion like this; easy to work with, easy and fun to get on with and full of energy for the excellent performance we had on the night. They brought lively and energetic entertainment to our reception and I would definitely recommend them, so much so I've already put them in touch with the wedding venue to recommend to future couples. "Steve, Geoff and Absolute Band were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Really friendly people, superb musicians and ensured our dancefloor was busy all night. "Thank you so much to Groove Dynasty for playing at our wedding, they topped off an amazing and very special day. The band was awesome from the first point we made contact! Everything was brilliant, from the songs, Kevin and Brooke’s voices, the band and we loved the saxophone! They created an atmosphere that brought everyone to the dance floor, from all generations, everyone was smiling and having such a great time. After the band finished their last song, everyone began singing Mr Brightside and the band just picked it up and joined in, such an awesome moment! Thank you for everything, we would definitely book them again or go see them play."
