"We hired John for our grandparents diamond wedding anniversary party in Devon. He arrived early as he wanted to make sure he didn't get caught in traffic which was great. He put on a fantastic show. Everyone had a great time and commented how they felt like they were in Paris. Upon request he played some oompah in the second half of his set. Our grandparents have been inundated with phone calls about what a fabulous party it was and how wonderful John was. It was a sit down meal and John moved around the tables and sat in different parts of the room so that people had an equal opportunity to hear the music. He regularly checked in to make sure we were happy and that the volume was ok. I would definitely hire John again and highly recommend him."

"Jonny played at my wedding drinks reception, he did a fantastic job. The playlist he selected was exactly what I wanted and covered many genres, perfect for my big day! I would highly recommend Jonny, he is incredibly talented and all of my guests enjoyed his music, thanks again for helping to make my day so amazing. "

"I booked David for my 50th birthday party and he provided great entertainment. His singing was superb and everybody really enjoyed his company. Highly recommend his services. By the way a little tip - he does really funny impromptu songs! :-)"

He'd made a lot of effort to learn music we had requested and many of our guests gave positive feedback about his playing. Thank you John for making our day special. "John Slater proved a terrific accompaniment to our wedding. He provided beautiful accordion music throughout the initial few hours of the reception, both before and during the main meal. He created a wonderfully warm and charming atmosphere and gave the day the rustic French feel we were hoping for. The guests really enjoyed John's music and he will no doubt be a talking point for a long time. I would highly recommend John for any future events."
