"Chris played at our wedding at The Angel Inn Hetton Nr Skipton North Yorkshire. Our wedding was a small intimate affair and Chris was brilliant, his lyrics, humour and the ability to learn our favourite songs really made our day, especially loved, Life On Mars, Script Of A Bridge, and for the youngsters Jungle book I wanna be like you. "I am thrilled to be leaving this review of our long standing friend Nick Caruso. We only hold about 250 people here and never a spare seat when Nick plays here. Faultless from the time he starts the show to the end, he does this "off the cuff" section at times when he picks up the acoustic guitar and we ask for requests, usually ends up a sing-a-long for us old enough to remember the words !!! Then whooooosh back into the full whistles and bells. I hope he still enjoys playing here as much as we love having him play for us. When on occasion we have a dinner and dance evening where it is more laid back he combines a great laid back show with some side-splitting stories where instead of tales of his successes etc he has us roaring with laughter at his stickier moments touring and performing. Never has Nick let us down with a booking, always punctual and we always keep him for longer than we should. The complete performer and true gentleman."

"I had the utmost pleasure of seeing Chris Tavener last night at 81 Renshaw on the penultimate show of his tour. Having seen Chris play more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, this was hands (and feet) down the best time I've seen him play; he really came in to his own and gave an oustanding 'tour mode' performance. Constantly encouraging audience participation - and successfully getting the whole venue singing along to his catchy chorus hooks - and effortlessly making everyone laugh with his witty and topical lyrics, Chris was certainly in his element. I couldn't recommend Chris enough for any type of event or function as his style is suitable for absolutely anything. A seasoned performer, an amazing guy and an admirably hard worker, he deserves everything and more that comes his way. "

"We had a small party with about 45 family and friends in an intimate Sheffield venue last weekend (November 2024) and Max provided the music and songs for us. All I can say is Max, you are a supremely talented young man. Your multi instrumental versions of classic new and old chart hits kept us entertained all evening and had us all up dancing and having a great time. You catered for our entire age range from the mid 20-something year olds through to those of us more familiar with partying back in the 1980s and 1990s and we all enjoyed it immensely. Topping it all off with a couple of Christmas chart smashes at the end was a really great finish which everyone loved. Thank you for a fantastic evening Max, you are a legend !!! Thank you also to Sarah-Jane and all of the Team at Last Minute Musicians, not only for securing our booking with Max, but for your impeccable service. You kept us fully informed throughout the process and made sure everything was just how we wanted it to be, all culminating in a great evenings entertainment. Thank you to you all !!"
