"Really simple booking process and Gemma is really responsive, asking/answering questions really quick and easy! Our saxophonist, Raf, was just a joy to work with. He played a 1.5hr set at our wedding and was great at just free-styling to any song that came on by the DJ! Everyone stayed on the dance floor because of Raf, young and old, which is exactly what we wanted."

"Now that we're back from honeymoon and getting into the swing of things again, we thought it was time to sart thanking the many people who helped to make our day - and evening - so special. You and the band were amazing! Such a fantastic sound and a wonderful set - including the horn section on "All You Need Is Love" - made for a night we'll all remember for the rest of our lives. Our guests and Jamie at Micklefield Hall have all commented on what a fantastic band Count Down To Swing are. "A fantastically talented and professional duo who seem to enjoy an encyclopaedic knowledge of music from Central and Eastern Europe. Although they are only two musicians they produce the sound of a small orchestra. Igor possesses a very fine voice and his renditions of Moscow Nights, Ochi Chornie and Those Were the Days (among a huge list of songs) are second to none. Sarah is a brilliant violinist and domra player. They enhanced our evening and made it quite unforgettable. "

"Best band in Nottingham hands down! Hired them for my mums wedding and they had everyone on the dance floor one moment and then had everyone moved to tears the next (in the best possible way) They played all night for us and we loved every minute, they truly made it a night to remember!"
