Review Centre: 90s, 00s & Modern Style Bands

"What an EPIC band and a great group of people! The wedding music is either an easy decision or quite frankly a complete nightmare for some. Being a musician myself, I found it difficult to decide between a number of excellent choices of bands. But having followed not only their professional videos, but those recorded on phones in numerous events, the The Line Up were the clear winners. They play all the hits as expected, ranging from the 60's to the present day, but their versatility was one of the biggest highlights for us. Our key song choices were of course included in their set, but being thoroughbred musicians, this band is able to interchange instruments and vocals among each other for whoever best suits a particular song. That's some impressive stuff! We cannot recommend this band highly enough for any occasion (especially weddings!). Their performance was of course the highlight of the day, but the communication between customer and manager for months prior the big day was equally as impressive. They were clear and concise, and prompt in answering all questions asked. All requests were honoured without question and the level of rapport and trust continued to build with every message. The only negative I can think of is that the experience has now ended....and maybe when they allowed my wife to sing! (Sorry dear!) Thanks again guys, you really made our day all the richer and we hope to see you again in some other event. "

"We saw you playing on board Fred Olsen cruises in the Caribbean and couldn’t get enough! You made our holiday and it was so enjoyable getting to chat to you on a daily basis. Shame we couldn’t stay on with you for longer, 14 nights wasn’t enough Revolver Riot for our liking!"

So friendly and so talented!!! Despite it being a bit of a crazy night, and starting a lot later than expected, we want to highlight how professional the guys were. We are very very grateful. "Friendly and hugely entertaining. Elephant in the Room really made my parents 40th wedding anniversary memorable. They were hugely entertaining and had the dance floor packed by the end. "Please can you pass on our massive thank you to the band! I definitely drunkenly thanked the singer personally and had been fan-girling her all night, she was unreal, but they were all INCREDIBLE and the dj did an amazing job, so glad we added that on at the last minute! The dance floor was packed all night and it was absolutely perfect. We actually can't believe it was our wedding it felt like we were at a gig which was just the vibe we were after :) please let me know the best place to leave a review and thank you so much as well for all of your help in planning it. We really don't feel like thank you cuts it and if they ever do a performance that we can buy tickets to we will be there as it would be nice to enjoy the music a little more sober, haha. "The Cheers are a faultless, perfect and genuinely brilliant band. My wife and I hired then for our wedding in June 2017 (this is a very late review, our apologies!). Communication from the beginning was great, payment organised easily and they were on time with literally no problems occurring. When they arrived they were polite and very pleasant, happy to adjust their sets and music to our reception evening as arranged beforehand. The music was just amazing. Having not seen them before, we were blown away by how great they were interacting with the guests and really making the place come alive. Most of our guests are very much live music people and it made for an awesome experience, everyone singing and dancing well into the late evening. Hugely recommend this band, hire them now! Thank you The Cheers! You were perfect and the memories will stay with us forever! :)"

"Very much enjoyed by all. Such a talented guy, music was great and Michael was very professional and friendly. The booking was a surprise for my mum at her 60th birthday party who was completely overwhelmed and hasn't stopped talking about it. Will 100% book again when we have another big occasion.
