"The Hot Hats were an amazing addition to our wedding celebrations. We had seen recommendations prior to booking and after speaking to Alfie we knew they were the perfect duo for our wedding. Professional. friendly and so much fun. They knew exactly what the crowd wanted to keep us on the dance floor and our feet tapping at the bar. Many of our guests enjoyed the sounds whilst sitting in the sunshine. Everyone has commented on how much they enjoyed the atmosphere that The Hot Hats created for the evening. "Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"Thank you so much for performing at my daughter’s 30th birthday party. Thank you for accommodating all the different age groups attending the party. You covered a lot of genre’s! Your professionalism, kind manner and sense of humour was infectious. Everyone loved you. Most importantly you have a fantastic voice. "Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for putting on such a good show last Friday. It really made it a very special night for me, much better than having a disco all night. Everyone that spoke to me after the event commented on how good the band was and felt it made more of an occasion of it. I have to say it really was great to see so many people up on the floor at the end of the night enjoying the music. Please pass on my sincere thanks to everyone in the Band too, they really did a professional job. "

"These guys were AMAZING!!! We had them for our wedding and had so many comments on how fantastic they were at getting the party going, engaging with guests & playing the perfect songs to keep people on the dance floor. "Absolutely unbelievable band! They nailed the exact vibe I wanted and managed to pack so many incredible songs into their set. They had the whole room up dancing, singing, and just loving every second, they truly made my engagement party unforgettable. I’d book them again in a heartbeat! "Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! They played a good mix of music, catering to the audience ensuring the dancefloor was filled. Good communication before event made it easy to arrange details, which were dealt with professionally."

"The Verge played our wedding in October. James was lovely and easy to communicate with in the run up to the wedding, answering any and all questions we had. Everyone loved them on the night and they played so many songs we loved and even took requests from guests which we hadn’t planned! Thank you for being such a big part of our day! ❤️"
