"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping to make our wedding service unbelievably special. Your playing was the glue that fused all the elements of the service together and the music you performed was both emotional and uplifting. Having a violin accompaniment at a St Chad's wedding was a first in over 200 years and I know the parish priest, Fr Paul was so excited when he knew you were playing for us, so thank you for making history!!! Once again Jo, thank you so much for making memories that will last a lifetime. "

"Liv arrived well ahead of time and offered wonderful ambiance to my daughters 13th birthday party. She also did some Animé themed pieces arranged for Viola that went down a treat, as well as the very kind gifts she gave at the end. Thank you much Liv for your music, I would recommend for any party! "

"Modern Strings did a fantastic job at our wedding. I asked for a string trio. They followed my instructions to the letter and were very cooperative during the event and in the run up to it. They brilliantly played additional pieces of music that were not on their repertoire. They also beautifully played a mixture of classical and popular songs. All guests commented how well they played and what a fantastic idea it was to have a live trio at our wedding. The trio were smiley and extremely friendly and reliable on our wedding day. I would recommend their services to my best of friends and family and would employ their services again should I have another event. Very well done and thank you for making our special day even more special. "

"My husband and I asked Éadaoin to play at our church wedding ceremony and also at our reception. She was such a pleasure to work with in the run up to the big day. She was so easygoing and accommodating with our requests. Éadaoin even accompanied my husband's mother while singing, which was such a special moment for us. Everything was seamless and professional, and she is a very gifted musician. We had so many compliments from our guests. As a harpist myself it was just perfect, and so nice to hear all my favourite pieces played so beautifully. We also absolutely loved the lively trad music she provided at our drinks reception along with a very talented flautist Martha. The atmosphere was fantastic. We were delighted with everything."
