"I booked Tom as a surprise for my husband’s 60th birthday and we certainly couldn’t have been happier! He arrived promptly and played all evening. Tom performed beautifully with a great deal of variety for the evening. We had some wonderful feedback from our guests and he managed to make our grandson happy by performing one of his favourite songs! He is a true professional so please don’t hesitate to book him! Thank you Tom for helping to make the evening a memorable one!"

"We were so impressed with Sam and would highly recommend him. His communication before the event was great and his performance was amazing - he brought the party to life and judged the mood of the room perfectly to sing the most appropriate kind of songs. Lovely guy and very professional with it!"

"Saw ben playing in salisbury and booked him and his partner to both do a set , both made our party and we will be using them again . Ben is not only a great singer and performer but a brilliant guitarist and very professional and friendly and easy to work with . We have been to see ben perform in numerous venues now amd will be booking him again "

"(Guitar and vocals for 3 piece rock band) The Confidentials were a fantastic band for our wedding. They sounded brilliant, really made the evening great. They had a great range of songs to play in their sets, they took requests, done an amazing job for our first dance."

"Phil played at our wedding 2/6/2022, he came highly recommended by a couple of friends. I cannot praise Phil highly enough for his professionalism, talent and attention to detail. He totally personalised our wedding by playing our ceremony music, first dance song, sets in the garden, sets indoors later and then his DJ set to end the evening. Its was a big ask to get him to cover a Foo Fighters song for our first dance song but he absolutely nailed it. Phil reads the day and as we were blessed with fabulous weather he did a lot more in the garden than anticipated but then moved inside at the perfect time so we could cut our cake and do our first dance. Our wedding would not have been the same without him there and all of our guests danced from start to end. It will be a day we will remember forever thank you so much Phil. You" re priceless!!! "If you read only ONE line of this review...BOOK THE VINTAGE VOCALIST FOR YOUR EVENT! From the initial phone contact with Paula to her saying goodbye on the day, our time and experience was 100% positive in every way. My wife and I were able to choose from a huge set list of songs from various musical era's and genre's and Paula seamlessly organised all our favourites into a cracking party playlist for the wedding reception. By the third song, she had guests up dancing and by the second set, my 86 year old Auntie (who walks with two sticks), was throwing her shapes on the dance floor! Paula absolutely made our wedding day! We had guests from the age of 7 to 86 and we can honestly say that each and every one of them loved Paula's performance. Many spoke to her themselves to thank and praise her and many more told us how impressed they were and that they'd be either booking her themselves or would attend venues she'd be performing at in the future! Paula looked stunning in her classy vintage dress and her fabulous voice entertained our party and the local York residents, who sat out on their apartment balconies with a drink to lap up the free entertainment! What makes Paula so special, is that she instantly felt like a friend and a guest, not a singer we'd booked for our wedding entertainment. Her warm, open and down-to-earth personality, instantly puts you at ease and she has a brilliant Yorkshire accent and sense of humour! I loved that as I returned from the bar with a drink to keep her refreshed during her break, I found Paula sat amongst all my family, laughing and joking. We felt happy to see her enjoying the day with us and confident that our entertainment was in good hands. Our 8 year old son was desperate to sing a duet with Paula and we loved how accommodating and kind she was. Some artists would be precious about their professional set being gatecrashed unexpectedly, but Paula embraced the request and handed him his own microphone! Our family really liked and admired her for going with the flow and making the day special for everyone. So if you're considering booking The Vintage Vocalist and need a little persuasion to choose this incredibly talented Yorkshire lass, let me leave you with this... I showed my son the official wedding photo's and laughed at how happy he looked on his photo's with Paula and he turned to me and said... "What you laughing at Mummy?...I was living my BEST LIFE that day!!" I think coming from an 8 year old boy...that says it all."

"Fantastic artist and wonderful guy. I've seen him a couple of times here in Murcia, Spain, and he has never disappointed me at all. I would highly recommend him for your next party, puts on a good show with a great range of songs. Can't fault his vocals, he's so good!!!"
