"An excellent backdrop to our special day. All our friends remarked how good it was to hear a live string quartet. Several were guessing the modern songs with a classical arrangement thinking 'now I know that one - but what is it?' All our music requests were met beautifully and the quartet added something really special to a fabulous day."

"I booked Phil for my 30th Birthday do at a local restaurant, after hearing him play on a Saturday morning in Beverley. Phil was outstanding - a true entertainer, he picked a fantastic set list, which was perfect for the crowd! We all had the best night, thank you Phil! :D"

"What a band!! These guys sure now how to fill a dance floor. A lot of my friends and family are naturally quire reserved so we didn't really expect much dancing but after a few songs people were up dancing and by the second set the floor was full! The set list was perfect and all of our guests had such a great time. It was nice for us to let loose and have some fun and it Melody Avenue really were the highlight of our night! 10 stars ********** Andrew & Layla Ryan"

"Just a quick note to let you know all went very well last night. Wade Austin and Mark turned up well in time for their performance and were extremely polite and accommodating in all respects. Wade is quite a personality and we had great fun talking to him after the performance. They are great musicians and they certainly made a lot of friends down here. If anyone is looking for a steel pan set-up or similar I am sure they will turn to them as their first port of call."

"We had the pleasure of The Marvellous Motown Souls perform for our charity fundraiser event last weekend. I can only use the words professional and amazing to describe the band. I have booked bands before that simply turn up and play, but Liz gives so much more than expected prior to the event. We met for coffee and she brought a sheet that covers everything you could think of in order to make the event run smoothly. This included working out the custom setlist to ideas for the band raising money on the evening. The band did a bid for joining the musicians as their 7th member playing percussion, this worked a treat and raised an extra £200. You can tell the members are all friends and love what they do. Fun, energetic and they make guests feel at ease. I should mention that Max provided DJ for when the band was not playing which was also brilliant, but the band performance was the highlight of everyone evening. I will be booking Liz and the band next year and I can't recommend enough for any event. They will adapt to perfection. Thank you again Liz. Rich"

"So we had George recently play at our wedding (April 2023) and what a great decision that was. We were really impressed with George’s professionalism and his understanding of what we wanted for our special day and he definitely delivered. Our guests also commented how good he was, despite him having to quickly pack up and move inside due to a quick change in weather. We would defo recommend George for all types of events, not just weddings. He certainly know how to keep a crowd happy."

"Lauren performed at our Xmas function last night. The variety of songs was fantastic, and she has a superb voice. All who attended had an excellent night and we will most definitely be booking Lauren again for our future events. "
