Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"This is the second time I have booked Christopher. I had a pop up market recently at Windle Labour Club in St Helens and I was in need of some live music. Christopher turned up early and was very professional, well mannered and was keen to interact with the crowd and take requests. He had a wide range of songs from different genres and also played background music over his speakers before his set and during his break. Everyone really enjoyed listening to him and a few traders commented on how good he was. I've already booked him for my next 2 events. Thanks a lot Christopher, see you soon 😊"

"Lucinda played the cello for our wedding in May 2019. Lucinda was extremely helpful and organised during the lead up to the wedding, putting together a tailored playlist for us. She played absolutely beautifully on the day - I only wish I could have stopped the ceremony to listen to more! I would highly recommend Lucinda. "

"Bob is an excellent piper. His playing at the end of my husband's memorial service definitely enhanced the service and was commented on positively by many of the congregation who were able to enjoy it as he continued to play in the sunny churchyard as attendees chatted before walking to the reception. He was efficient in his arrangements, impressive in his attire and also thoroughly affable. We are most grateful to him."

"Chris Harper was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding day! From the very beginning, Chris was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted for each part of the day — from the ceremony to the drinks reception — and he absolutely delivered. His voice is stunning, and his guitar playing brought such a warm, emotional atmosphere to our ceremony. Guests kept asking us “Who is your singer? He’s amazing!” — and they weren’t wrong. We even picked one of his original songs "Eyes Off You" to walk down the aisle to. It was truly perfect. "Ben played at a champagne and canapé party for us at Warren House, Kingston, with 100 increasingly noisy friends and family. He got us off to an excellent start, creating atmosphere to add to the ambience of a great venue, and adjusted his playing to the growing cacophony of multitudinous conversations. Ben was punctual and efficient in setting up and gave us good value and great music throughout the evening."

"A Star Is Born is how I'm summing my night up down at my local Ziggy's of course.The videos speak volumes and so much more such a beautiful lady on and of stage I do apologise about some interruptions but oh my goodness oh my goodness.The connection with us all is something so special I cant quite put it into words.You truly feel like she's singing to you personally the power and passion in those vocals and the performances.Pure and simply beyond world class in my opinion so beautifully down to earth to have of show on of this standard.In my local completely free to attend makes me burst with pure pride.You cant ever put a price on nights like this.One lady on that little stage which is so wonderfully set us sitting eating popcorn is my kind of magical night out.I will upload pics in next post as always it's not what you spend it's who you spend your time with.Big big hats off to team Ziggy's doing way beyond a phenomenal job as per usual.Thank you so much for everything its never taken for granted and very much appreciated.Until next visit big hugs to you all most importantly stay safe :) #ANightAtTheMoviesAndMusicals #Ziggys #SouthShields #KeepItLocal"

"I have worked with Des on a number of occasions, when he brought his solo show to my artisan markets in a number of venues. Des was always professional, reliable, entertaining (on and off stage), empathetic to the atmosphere at the venue and adaptable to the challenges of outdoor performance. His talent is unquestionable and his songs, chat and outfits made him a popular performer with audiences and staff.
