"We're not overcooking it in saying that Kate helped to make our wedding truly magical!!!! She played soooo beautifully in the church and then walking through the carriages of our reception train on the Welsh Highland Railway. She very thoughtfully remembered a couple of pieces we'd discussed (the theme from the Piano and Devil went down to Georgia by the Levellers) and surprised us with her stunning renditions. Kate is such a beautiful, warm and kind hearted person ...and an incredible musician. We're smiling just thinking about her, her playing! and the special memories she created for us on our big day!"

"What can I say? If you are a fan of Irish music, instrumental or with vocals then Dermot and the rest of the amazing musicians are who you need to hire! They were an absolute joy and a pleasure to have play at my beloved father's wake. They are such lovely and friendly people as well as fantastic musicians with a vast array of instrumentation between them. They graciously accepted requests prior to the event and also from some of the guests. My dad would have absolutely loved it and it made a very sad day very joyful and comforting for everyone. Our guests commented on how wonderful they were and the pub staff as well. I highly recommend hiring Dermot and the gang for any event, not just a wake. Communication was excellent before hand and hiring Dermot and the band were the easiest part of the many arrangements that we had to make when organising our dad's funeral and a wake. We sincerely thank you and highly recommend you, The O'Brien family."

"We had the pleasure of this wonderful lady at our son’s “celebration of life”. The music was amazing and fit for the occasion, building up to everyone dancing and clapping to “Sweet Caroline”. Thomas was an Aston villa fan and we noticed the cheeky smile from CAVE, which was lovely to see! I would definitely recommend this lady - thanks again, from the Moor family. "

"I contacted Lizzie for help with our wedding at Blackheath Halls through the Conservatoire in Blackheath, which is located next door to the Halls itself. From the moment Lizzie got in touch she was a pleasure to deal with and it literally meant that it was a part of our day that we need not worry about as Lizzie had it totally under control. The quartet she put together were fantastic and they even managed to play a couple of random requests that were personal to us as we signed the register, which was above and beyond. Before the dinner at the drinks reception they played for over 30 minutes as guests mingled and everyone commented on how great they were, playing a combination of classical and popular tracks. In short, Lizzie was extremely professional, relaxed, talented and great value for money too. Our only regret is that we missed a lot of her efforts as we were off getting bloody photo's taken!"

"Tamilla was excellent to deal with from start to finish. We talked at length about the different styles of music we wanted, from classical pieces to reggae and hip hop. Despite her busy schedule, Tamilla was able to research and was able to provide exactly what we asked for and never made me feel that I was asking too much. We are still receiving comments about how brilliant she was and how the violin gave everyone that skin tingle and added drama and luxury at exactly the right moments. I have already recommended Tamilla to another couple who are due to marry at Cripps Barn and can say with confidence they will love it too! Thank you SO much Tamilla. 10/10!!!"

"I will begin by saying I am not the bride -I booked Violin for Weddings to play at my birthday party. We had 100 guests, many of whom were not familiar with Emma Fisk's music. They were enchanted with the quality of the playing, the repertoire and the originality of my choice for background music. Emma was certainly a huge hit. She was very professional- arriving in good time and offering to play two sets to fit in with the serving of the buffet. I left the choice of music up to her and it was perfect. Easy to listen to, very enjoyable - suitable for all tastes. She pitched it perfectly- people could listen but also chat to friends. The music complemented the evening, it didn't overshadow the night. I would certainly recommend Violins for Weddings for weddings and parties."

"I came across Moon River several months ago and knew that these accomplished and charming musicians were going to be perfect for my project. They have proved to be extremely versatile in their programme of music, right across the board. I wanted the Trio to play for a Tea Dance of Swing music from the 40s and 50s, and they came up with some wonderful arrangements. I would recommend these enthusiastic, happy, committed and very professional musicians for any event. They will definitely be coming back to our Cafe in the near future."

"I first heard Andrew playing in kings lynn, his music was faultless and he is the ultimate proffessional. We booked him for our wedding , he played at the church , then at the reception and was such a popular character and his music so enjoyed a guest paid for him to stay the night and he then played at breakfast much to the enjoyment of my wife and I and our guests . I can't thank Andrew enough , proffessional to the end and one of the friendliest people I've ever met."
