Ingrid was also so professional to work with, always responding quickly and happy with the requests I made - it gave me great confidence before the funeral that all would be well and it truly was. "Soiree fitted the bill in every sense. For our event we wanted to create a setting where our guests could enjoy the music without it being too overpowering. The combination of the live Trumpet and DJ incorporated all tastes and genres, resulting in an ambient atmosphere that made the event very special. Their performance throughout the evening ranged from more chilled styles to more groovy songs and this flexibility was something many guests commented on. As well as multiple genres James and Jake were more than willing to take requests on demand, with no request being too much hassle. Overall, we would highly recommend Soiree and can’t wait for our next event!"

"It was a pleasure to welcome singer Ruby to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. She treated staff, patients and their families to a musical treat in the main hospital atrium singing a range of classics from the 1940s, ‘50s and ‘60s. Ruby performed for an hour and attracted people from all over the hospital to come and watch. She has great charisma and her interaction with those who watched was lovely and it was good to see the smiles on people's faces who passed by. If you want a fabulous voice and an amazing presence then Ruby is your lady!"

"I asked Whistler & Piper to join us for my annual Presidents day at my cricket club, “Cobham Avorians”. The annual event is attended by club members and a great many guests, all of whom are there to watch a game of cricket that is special to us, where we meet old friends and chat over the course of the day with some good food, and a pint or a glass of wine or two. We asked Whistler & Piper to play for the afternoon to add to our theme for the day, which was an Irish themed event. They came along and added a beautiful background vibe. People gathered under a large awning on a hot afternoon and listened to them play for several hours and the duo really added to a magical day. We will be asking them back for another event, the clubs’ beer festival, later this summer."

"Dan was everything I thought he was going to be, absolutely fantastic. I met Dan years ago (in the same place as I met my now husband) when we finally booked our wedding I knew I wanted a singer and I instantly knew I wanted Dan. There was a mutual connection there and I had to send him a message and hope he was available. Thankfully Dan said yes and when the day came, wow he didn't disappoint. Singing or instrumental acoustic, he did what we asked and he smashed it all. Dan is also just the most loveliest guy you'll ever meet and I'm so greatful for all that he did. "Rebecca, our Harpist, was fantastic. Played beautifully and looked stunning. We had to leave for photos and missed some of our favourite songs and she even stayed late to play especially for us (bride and groom). Love her, love the music, loved the service! 10/10. Highly recommend."
