"If you ever get the chance to hear pianist Rick Vale play, take it. My wife and I first heard him on a cruise ship, and from the moment he sat down at the piano and launched into his boogie-woogie style, we were hooked. We made it a point to attend every session he played for the rest of the cruise. I’m from Mississippi and grew up on blues and the fiery piano sound of Jerry Lee Lewis, so that style means a lot to me. When Rick graciously agreed to play a few Jerry Lee Lewis favorites, it absolutely made my trip. He captured the spirit and energy of that music while still making it completely his own. Beyond his incredible talent at the keyboard, Rick has a natural way with the crowd. He’s engaging, funny, and creates an atmosphere that’s pure fun. Every performance felt less like a show and more like a great musical gathering. I’ve kept up with where Rick is playing ever since, hoping our paths cross again someday just so I can hear him play live one more time. He’s not just a great pianist—he’s the kind of performer who makes an evening unforgettable."

"Sam was amazing on our wedding day - he is a very talented pianist, and we fully recommend him for any event in future. We got married at Marylebone Town Hall on a very hot day in June - despite the weather Sam turned up looking super smart in a suit which matched the London wedding vibe. He was very accommodating in the lead up, with great communication and putting our minds at rest regarding the playlist. We were delighted - some great renditions of Oasis and Stereophonics to keep Nick calm whilst he waited, Kings of Leon for the entrance and Toploader for our exit. Many guests said how brilliant he was and it brought such a special atmosphere to the start of our day. We loved every minute! "

"I came across Moon River several months ago and knew that these accomplished and charming musicians were going to be perfect for my project. They have proved to be extremely versatile in their programme of music, right across the board. I wanted the Trio to play for a Tea Dance of Swing music from the 40s and 50s, and they came up with some wonderful arrangements. I would recommend these enthusiastic, happy, committed and very professional musicians for any event. They will definitely be coming back to our Cafe in the near future."

"I haven't heard the special opportunity to hear him play in person, I live in the States... but listening to him on Facebook and on YouTube has be an uplifting and cherished event in and of itself. I would recommend him for any event, with he'd travel across the pond.. it would be such an experience. "Booked Michael's Jazz trio for my 50th Birthday celebrations, and was very happy. Communication was great with regular updates prior to the day. Michael gave me the option of selecting tracks from his repertoire, however I left this to him and couldn't have been happier. Everybody at the party from young to old loved it. The neighbours all knew about is (as it was outside), and afterwards they all told me they had opened their windows to listen better as well! Would definitely recommend, and hire again."
