"We were lucky enough to have Alan entertain us for my Mum’s recent 80th birthday bash. With no hesitation Alan joined right in with the family and was able to play anything they asked of him. Thank you Alan for helping make Mum’s day! Kindest regards and a huge thank you from the whole family Kathryn "

"Rob was a fantastic addition to our formal reception and seated dinner, impressing our guests from near and far with his expertly executed and tastefully arranged renditions of UK classics. Beyond his exceptional musicianship and the exclusive atmosphere he created, Rob was a true professional—punctual, easy to work with, and able to set up seamlessly with minimal input from our team. This efficiency was invaluable, allowing us to focus on other event logistics. We've received numerous compliments from both guests and colleagues about Rob's contribution to the evening, and we will certainly keep his details on hand for future occasions. Highly recommended!"

"Jon played during a champagne reception at our daughter's wedding on 1st June. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with prior to the wedding and arrived in good time to set up. It was a very hot day and we placed the piano on the stage inside the marquee so Jon wasn't in direct sun but we got the impression that he would have set up outside quite happily if we wished. A very accommodating chap! The music was lovely and we left song choices to Jon as he is clearly very experienced. All in all, we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jon for any event. We love piano music and we very happy we had booked him. "

"We cannot recommend Matt enough!! We contacted him pretty last minute to play at our wedding as our personal circumstances had changed. Matt was prompt with all reply’s, listened to all of our requests and went above and beyond to help calm our nerves in the run up to our wedding - including a video with a sample of our music! The music was absolutely incredible, better than what we could have ever imagined as so so meaningful. We have had so many people comment on how amazing Matt sounded. We cannot thank you enough for everything! Chloe & Chris "

Thank you so much Chloe and Chris - it was my absolute pleasure to play a part in your big day. Your ceremony was beautiful, although you even had me and the Registrar shedding a tear! Congratulations to you both and thanks again for your review. All the best for the future - Matt

"We spent a wonderful afternoon listening to these two highly skilled musicians - Corinne on wind and Haruko on piano. Their passion for music was so obvious and Corinne's commentary on the different pieces, and the five different instruments that she played, just added to the overall pleasure. Our audience demonstrated their appreciation with enthusiastic and elongated applause. Simply wonderful!"

Hi Lorna, Thank you so much for your lovely review of our concert. We so enjoyed playing for your audience and hope that we will be able to return to entertain them again sometime soon Apologies for the delay in replying. I’ve only just been notified of your review. Best wishes, Corinne (and Haruko)

"Moon River were amazing for my baby’s birthday yesterday and it was something so different. They played jazz, theatre and pop music of my choosing from their repertoire and then lots of nursery rhymes. All ages were catered for; their communication was great and they turned up early to set up. Highly recommend."

"Venezuelan soprano Sofia slipped in, in splendidly soulful isolation, in sleepy-slinky Barnes. Sofia’s charm comes from an ability to engage with her audience with vivacity, a slow waving of the arms or a thumbs-up cheekily pepping things up. This was a two-way process, for the audience, although in their own homes, were there via a livestream chat facility, commenting, praising and importantly requesting numbers. What were requested? Jazz standards, show numbers and some current pieces rubbed shoulders with languid classics sung in French or torrid numbers in her native Spanish. The jazz standards were impressively and beautifully sung. Cole Porter’s 1944 classic, Ev’ry Time We Say Goodbye and Meredith Willson’s 1950 show tune ‘Til There Was You, had just the right balance of poignancy and warmth of these post-war nostalgic gentle pieces. The mood changes, but not the sincerity of the singing, with the traditional folk song, The House of the Rising Sun, retaining the blues feel of a song that became the “first folk rock hit”. Then, we were transported to the late sixties with the Aretha Franklin version of I Say a Little Prayer For You. Her skill in Latin American music was epitomised by the famous bolero, written by Mexican songwriter Consuelo Velázquez, Bésame Mucho. Sofia’s soft but passionate treatment of the lyrics harked back to the dreamy sensuality of the 1940 original. I expect many of her fans were responding by blowing her lots of kisses. Nevertheless, it was not in a Spanish song that Sofia excelled, but in French. Of course, it had to be Edith Piaf’s immortalised song to love, La Vie en Rose. Perfectly rendered, both in words and music, and fervent in its performance, she expressed exactly the powered of infatuated love. Great stuff, and good to see today’s vie en rose. In these straightened times, we all need occasionally to see the world through rose-tinted spectacles. "

"Hey Mark, we just got back from the honeymoon this week, and as things are starting to calm down I've had a little more time to reflect. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your hard work on our wedding a couple weeks ago! Your playing was beautiful, the songs sounded amazing and I kept hearing tunes I love throughout the dinner. It was the perfect, classic addition to our special day. You absolutely knocked it out of the park, thank you. I feel so honored that you were a part of our special day! Genuinely, thank you so much for everything. "

"We booked Matt to play piano for the ceremony & reception at our wedding this year, & he played a huge role in making the day so brilliant. We contacted Matt initially when looking for a musician to play at our wedding, & were blown away by how keen he was to make sure our experience was exactly what we wanted. What we liked most was that Matt took the time to really understand what we were looking for, & we feel like he definitely understood us & matched the "vibe" perfectly. We put together a list of songs which Matt played beautifully (including some unorthodox choices!) & all of our guests commented on what a great addition to the day it was. Matt is also a really lovely guy & our guests who spoke to him all commented on this - he even took some requests during the drinks reception, so he stayed flexible even on the day! Finally - his piano set up looks really sleek & would fit well in any theme of wedding. It looks great without being too over the top. We didn't have a huge amount of space but Matt's electric piano fit nicely into both the ceremony room & reception area. In summary, booking Matt for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. Great value for money & a brilliant overall experience. We would 100% recommend Matt as a great addition to an event, & would happily book him again."
