"Its been 10 years since I ran The Bear, but I remember they were excellent and probably hadn’t been going long at that point. The lead singers voice is very impressive and quite unique. The band were very tight and produced excellent cover versions particularly the chilli’s stuff. They put their own twist on certain songs and make them their own. I’d definitely book them again"

"We booked these guys through the Son of my now wife for the evening of our wedding. Our only mistake was not booking them for longer on the evening. We should have had them all night. We had Unwritten Duo band. The vocals were awesome and capped a fantastic evening. A mixture of great soulful classics and some slightly more obscure tracks. I’d definitely travel to see these guys and the more intimate the venue the better. They could play big venues but are better in a small place where sing to you not at you. Fantastic set guys and thank you. Xx"

"Motown Memories were better than we could ever have imagined. They got everyone on the dance floor, dancing until our feet were hurting, all guests commented on how amazing the band were. Their song choices were perfect, Ione has a phenomenal voice and got the crowd going throughout. Thank you so so much for being part of our special day."

Sarah - Jane was brilliant with great communications answered all my queries and was very reassuring for my needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for particular musicians. "They were just amazing! They were early for the event, I had arranged a time for them to begin playing but we ran over (cake cutting/ first dance etc) and they didn't mind at all even though it meant they would not be able to get home as soon as they would have! They took requests, got people dancing, even went up to guests and sung directly to them which was brilliant! We've had such good feedback from our guests and would definitely recommend them! "Wow - what a find Mr Love was! He came with the delightful Blessing and transformed the school fair. The music was great and Mr Love was a true showman. The limbo he organised was hilarious and got everyone in the mood. He encouraged people to join him playing - my 85 year old mother was a highlight - and was loved by all. "The best fair ever" was wholly down to the superb Mr Love and Blessing. Thank you - I hope you'll come again!"

"Well, we had never booked anything quite like a Caribbean steel band previously, but we fancied a change to our normal style of drab Christmas entertainment. The guys calypsofied Christmas carols, and played a good mixture of songs that we all knew. All in all we are definitely happy that we booked Francis and his troops, and I would certainly recommend them for any occasion."
