"Sue did not disappoint! We asked for chilled out reception music, a lively duo with our singer and dancing vibes for evening fun and we got it all! Our guests all commented on how amazing our entertainment was throughout the day and we certainly feel like we had the best wedding ever! Thankyou so so much for travelling to Yorkshire for us! X x"

Violet plays with heart that chimes through her music, creating a wonderful environment of ambience, and when called upon, taking centre stage to bring focus on her wonderful performance. "The Northern Ceilidh band performed at our wedding reception and were fabulous! Jon and the others are extremely talented musicians, and Joyce an experienced and engaging caller. The dance floor for the ceilidh was full from start to finish, and our guests had so much fun. Prior to the wedding, Jon and Joyce went to the trouble of videoing a sequence for us so that we could practice a ‘first dance’ with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wonderful people, wonderful musicians and a wonderful night of dancing. If you’re looking for a fantastic Ceilidh band, look no further! "

"If you are thinking of booking Paul for an event, do it you won’t be disappointed! He performed at our wedding on 9/7/22 and was absolutely brilliant. In the run up to the event the communication was excellent always responding to emails promptly and answering all of our questions and providing advice. On the day he arrived well in advance of the start time. All of our guests loved the music and asked where we found him. We would recommend Paul to anyone! "

"Thank you so much to Scotland Strings playing beautiful pieces of music throughout our wedding ceremony at Mansfield Traquair 29th March 2015. The string quartet created the most amazing and romantic atmosphere as our guests arrived, and it made the moment I walked down the aisle feel magical. They continued through our drinks reception, keeping our guests delighted and entertained while we snuck away for some time with the photographer. I would definitely recommend The Quartet – a talented and professional group of musicians playing effortless and seamless renditions of popular and traditional music. Thank you for being part of our special day and making it the most wonderful moment of our lives."
