"In my time as the general manager of The One O’clock Gun, I was able to work with a number of outstanding local musical talents and Mike was by far one of the stand-out performers. My team and I were all in agreement after his first gig that, along with his soothing vocals, his guitar abilities are outstanding and we wanted to have him back ASAP! Mike soon after became a regular in our weekly line up and his talents seemed to grow each time he played, Mike’s ability to read a room and tailor his sets accordingly was very impressive, as well as this he always had new material to boast where most other performers had a limited and repetitive set list and this is a massive advantage in his industry. To top it all off, Mike’s an extremely friendly, professional and punctual artist who I have kept in touch with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top talent."

"Mel is absolutely fabulous, absolutely delivered the vision for our wedding ceremony. Worked with us to recomend which songs would best fit, and took the time to reach out on multiple occasions to keep in touch and finalise the details in the lead up to the wedding. "Michael showcased good skill and versatility, offering a wonderful variety of songs that kept the atmosphere vibrant and engaging. However, there were moments when the music seemed a bit too quiet and there were occasional connection issues that limited his mobility. Despite these minor hiccups, all my guests enjoyed his music."

"Tom Gilzean MBE has been laid to rest. The archbishop described him as an ornament of the city. A lone piper Hector played Wings, the march of The Corps of Royal Engineers with whom Tom had served followed by Highland Cathedral leading the standard bearers to the front of the Cathedral past Tom’s tartan coffin where they parted and stood guard during the service. The coffin was removed from the cathedral to the strains of Amazing Grace. The priest Father Jamie McMorrin said Tom’s was a well kent face in the city. “As Tom used to say ‘Open your hearts and give."

"We took the Cheshire Cheese pub over earlier this year. Jon has played several times for us, both inside and on the outdoor stage. He always brings his own unique style and makes songs his own. The last gig he did on the outside stage a group of people wanted him to play their future wedding in Turkey so that says it all really. The feedback is always great here, great vocal range and his sound system is always crystal clear. I always reward him afterwards with a cold fresh pint of Guinness on the house. Well deserved! Don't hesitate to book him. Janice"
