"Alton a big thank you for a brilliant set at our birthday party last weekend. You read the audience and the mood perfectly, played a variety of numbers from all eras, and had our friends and relatives of all ages engaged and dancing along! "There has always been a good jazz scene in Southampton. At present time it's very exciting due to the strength of the young musicians.One multi - talented player is Lizzy Bennie, she acquits herself to the highest levels with her vocals and sax playing. A real highlight is Lizzy playing Harp and vocalising as a very recent concert for Southampton Mencap proved . Both music and the rapport with the audience were very high indeed. I feel I could book this young lady into any jazz or associated music situation, a great talent for now and a jazzy future!"

"I requested Jam Duo to perform “Edelweiss” as my bridal procession song, aiming to complement my bridesmaids and me as we walked down the aisle, and they absolutely nailed it. Although I didn’t get to hear their music beforehand, I’ve received nothing but praise for their performance! We also decided to have Jam Duo entertain our guests during the drinks reception after the ceremony, and once again, they were a hit. Their extensive song list ensures you can select virtually any song you desire, and they’ll either know how to play it or be willing to learn. Choosing Jam Duo for our wedding was a fantastic decision; their music perfectly matched our theme and atmosphere, and we wholeheartedly recommend them"
