They were great setting up (had to be quiet etc as our dinner overran) and their music was just incredible all evening! "My wife booked this man for my 60th birthday. I wish she hadn't. He didn't confirm the date until a day before. Everything was rushed and when he did finally set up it was time for us to sit down for our meal. It was just supposed to be a disco, but then he started singing. At least I thought he was but the microphone kept cutting out. The music was too loud. We couldn't hear each other speak. Not a good night. Won't be booking him again. "

I'm very sorry to hear you weren't happy. I cant really say much because I don't remember the booking. If I didn't confirm the booking till the day before it may have a last minute booking. Please accept my apologies, at Ginger's karaoke I always strive to give excellent customer service and I'm sad to hear that on this occasion I didn't achieve that.
