Review Centre: Tribute Bands & Soundalikes

"Trinity Hall June Event 2015 is the highest capacitated event held by any college across the city of Cambridge. This year, we held host to the likes of Annie Mac, The Correspondents and our personal favourites The Fab 5. Hosting a theme of 'Marmalade Skies' and portraying all things sixties, this band was a perfect end to the night. The main stage was busy all night, but only became absolutely full at 2-3am when The Fab 5 performed to over one thousand people. Since the event finished I've heard from many people that The Fab 5 were the musical highlight of their nights. For a six hour event taking a year's planning, that's quite a feat, and I'm personally glad The Fab 5 were there to make my night too. Not only did they perform well, but they were organised all year in helping set up for the event, arrived ten hours before their set on the day to sound check and then continued to smash their set. Well done guys, and on behalf of our committee and one thousand attendees, thanks for playing."

"What an amazing night, the guys were fantastic. My guests did not know what to expect, but it did not take long before the dance floor was full, and everyone was having the best time. Thank you for your professional approach, you kept me updated and informed during the run up to the event. I will defintely be using you again for future events."

"Hayley has a bubbly, fun personality and a great powerful voice. She is a versatile vocalist and sang a good mix of popular songs. She got everyone up and dancing!"

"I highly recommend Gemma and Yue duo! They performed my favorite songs such as Queen, Amy, ABBA..... it was memorable moments! Their characters were also happy and our party became gorgeous!"

"Lucy and Jack were amazing at our wedding. Everything we could have hoped for. They were great at learning my song requests for the whole day. Very reasonably priced for the incredible service they provide. Intimate and happy atmosphere created by their beautiful voices and musical talents! Completely perfected the musical genres we wanted of modern country and pop, with couple of older songs too. For any brides out there I highly recommend Lucy and Jack, and to have live singer whilst walking down the aisle, it was one of the most memorable parts of my day."

"We were lucky enough to book Country Bound for our C&W Festival-themed wedding! Micki and the band were true professionals who lifted our day to the next level with an amazing range of modern country and pop-country covers that had the room on the dance floor. Nothing was too much for them and they were a joy to have as part of our very special day. Huge thanks to the entire band!"

"Saw them at the Claude doing an acoustic set. Absolutely brilliant. I love their own version of Dakota. Never heard it like that before. It was beautiful. Really liked the medleys. Great guitarist and stunning vocals. I look forward to seeing them again."

"We met Rachel and Peter, The Upbeats Duo, on a cruise and loved their show so much, we bought the CD. Two years later, we got in touch with them to see if they could play at my husband’s 70th birthday. We were delighted when they said yes. We thought that pleasing an age range from 19 to 70 would be a struggle, but no, the Upbeats catered for all of us. Rachel and Peter are an absolutely delightful couple, immensely talented with various instruments and singing. The dance floor was hopping from the get-go until we had to finish. The encores would still be going on now, but sadly we had to eventually stop the evening. Have your entertainment provided by Rachel and Peter and you won’t be disappointed. Oh and they’re both utterly gorgeous too!"

"Andrew was performing at our hotel and he was fab! He sung a swing version of Push The Button which was such a highlight. Have already recommended him for a friend's wedding in November! Easy on the eye too lol! "
