Review Centre: Solo Musicians

"We spent most of our evenings in the Lookout Bar, with the excellent Stratford and Borrell, a duo with a seemingly endless and varied repertoire, virtually everything except opera and rap. Very capable musicians with Paula on flute and sax and Mark on guitar and vocals. Their rendition of Gerry Rafferty's Baker Street will be a long-standing memory of our first cruise. Paula's saxophone is a tremendous experience. Thanks guys."

"Zoe played the harp during our September 2022 wedding ceremony and during some of the reception. We were so happy with her playing. Zoe happily agreed to play music she has not played before for when I walked down the isle. She played this perfectly despite the song not being familiar to her. Lots of our guests commented that the harp was a lovely addition and they enjoyed the music. We would highly recommend Zoe. "

"Mark came along exactly as we had arranged and greeted me and everyone else warmly. He played all the music that I had arranged for him to play and kept it at a reasonable noise level as I wanted everyone to be able to talk as well as listening to his wonderful playing. I would not hesitate in hiring him again if I needed someone. He is a lovely man to talk to and I hope he puts up the pictures that I send him as one is a video and it is his music you can hear."

"Our amazing wedding singer!! Saw him for the first time at our friends wedding and pretty much booked him the next day and have since been to his local gigs too. Amazing voice, totally set the scene at our gorgeous wedding and he sings my favourite songs so beautifully. Thanks Phil! Literally can’t listen to that many songs without getting teary eyes! "Had got Chris's business card off him after watching him play at a restaurant thinking he'd be a good contact for the future. Needed an act for an event short notice, text him and he responded within the hour with details of price and set list - decent. He arrived in good time, set up and played away. would recommend to anyone looking for a sexy take on the crowd pleasers"
